The team at Ryder and Dutton have been very professional and friendly throughout the process and assisting me in the sale of a property owned by a deceased relative. Special thanks to Oliver White who did the initial valuation and his team dealing the viewings and offers and Veda Banks who did much of the chasing of the various lawyers etc after the offer was accepted. All the team were approachable, friendly and proactive in their dealings with me. Although the overall process took longer than I had hoped none of delays were due to Ryder and Dutton and to be fair to them they did warn me about the length of time a sale can take .

Great service from a great team! From the house evaluation through to the sale (despite complications in the chain) the Ryder and Dutton team from Owen to Jade to Jenny and Michaela who helped at different stages of the process I was always kept updated and they followed up when we needed to push the chain along. They made the moving day really easy for me giving me simple instructions for what I needed to do with keys etc and they supported all viewings and were respectful in how they managed people round the property. Thank you for all your help and as I say great service!

R&D Royton were very helpful and professional. I had to change properties and Michaela was really helpful in finding the second property for me and making the changeover easy. Both myself and the vendor needed a quick sale and Michaela was very good at chasing things up so that the time taken for the conveyancing was kept to a minimum.

Michaela, Jade, and Amber from the Royton office made the sale of our late uncle's property very easy. From the initial valuation and marketing which was completed to our specifications, they kept us well informed throughout the whole sale process. They organised all the viewings, provided timely feedback and once we had secured a sale they chased the final contracts. They made it easy to sell a property which we weren't living in.

Once my house sold ( it took a year) the contact from Michaela was good. Up until then, I’m afraid to say that it wasn’t. There was no communication about what we could do to improve viewings for 7 months and I had to practically beg them to do a premium property listing on rightmove
Sadly, Ryder and Dutton are no better or worse than the other estate agents in our area

Oliver, Jade, and Ammaarah were a pleasure to deal with, when selling our house, Maxine helped us to sell, which we knew would happen as we had been on a couple of viewings with her ourselves, so thank you all very much.

Michaela was very helpful and patient in assisting us in viewing potential properties, until we found the right one - even after then, she was available for further viewings. Jade, was helpful as a direct point of contact once conveyancing commenced, and Oliver was available in the event of back up services required. All-in-all, we would recommend R&D (Oldham) to appoint whether it be for selling or purchasing.
