I contact the company and was in contact straight away with Abdul rehman. I first contacted him on 10th November with a big ask to book myself and my wife for umrah in two weeks time.
Abdul rehman was efficient, quick to response and arranged all the visa and hotels. He fulfilled al my requirements that me and my wife needed.
I had a small query that needed answering whilst in Saudi Arabia and Abdul managed to resolve it so quick.
I would recommend this company personally and look forward to using them again in the future and passing there details to friends and family.

I had a really positive experience with the customer service provided by Muhammed Muhibullah Rizwan. I hadn’t actually made a booking yet and was only enquiring about the best time to book and the prices, but he was extremely helpful from the very first contact. He responded very quickly after I submitted my enquiry through the website and was always kind, polite, and professional. Our messages were clear and informative and he took the time to answer all my questions properly. Overall, excellent customer service and a very reassuring experience.

Saturday 8 November 25,
Our taxi was booked for 9.00 pm from Madina to Jeddha a 4 hour plus journey and plane flew at 3.00 am to Abu Dhabi then to Manchester Airport. Our taxi was booked for 9.00 pm on the sheets.

We were free all day, taxi came 30 minutes late, also driver was changed last minute, then after driving 50 miles he got stopped and sent back to Madina due to his paperwork problem, then drove to the airport racing, we were 5 adults and almost missed the flight. The booking process were aware of this, the taxi should of come at 7.00 pm not any later, then when I contacted Abdullah from UK he thought we were in Jeddah.

I paid the full amount £5540, Madina Ziyarats were paid for £100 but was finished in 2 hours as driver came late and went. No Wadi Jin tour and when I asked for the Wadi Jin tour this Abdullah wanted £87 more when a driver was willing to do it for £20. We nearly got left in Jeddah Airport 5 of us. ﷲ saved us from disaster.

Name is Safa Marwa Tours but actions were not upto standard. Everything seemed ok but the final was extreamly unprofessional. Safa Marwa tours should have done better. We needed to be in the airport 4 hours before the flight, not as the plane flies out. No appology from them at all.

I do not recommend this company at all, save your money and find somewhere who will do as they promise. I have given them plenty of time to give reason for what they did but no response from any of them

We are inshaAllah planning to go Umrah end of this month, and Fahad at Safa & Marwa Tours has been our agent and taking care of us thoroughly throughout this journey. From the beginning he has been very transparent with us and guided us patiently through any doubts or requests we had regarding the whole package. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to safa and Marwa tours, I have enquired with these guys on multiple occasions twice for umrah, visas etc. they have gone above and byond even for things they don’t do. But still went the extra mile to achieve what we asked for thanks to the uncle who helped us for everything. Would recommend them to everyone. Trustable agency who go above and beyond for there clients. Never had an issue with. Came with these guys. Was hesitant. First experience was in August and then again in October now in November. Thanks to Abdul Rehman the man behind the services provided! For going above and beyond in all cases!
