Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE…WORSE
Safe Auto Customer Service IS THE WORSE!! No one at Safe Auto is capable of answering the simplest questions. This "Company" charges me $75/mo for a "Non-Owner" Policy, but then starts harassing me 7 Days later for another Payment. I called in to find out "Why". N O O N E at Safe Auto has the competence to answer just a basic question. After 3 Employees, I began asking for a "manager", and then wait on hold for 15mins just to be told "There aren't any managers available" - I just hung up!!!
This is PATHETIC
Safe Auto screws their customers
I have been a safe Auto customer for over 10 years and all of a sudden my bill increased over $40 a month they did not notify me about the increase they just added it on and said there's nothing that I can do about it. They are trying to steal my money and I have had enough of it with this company. Safe Auto is terrible with customer service and they are terrible about paying when there is an accident or incident all around very disappointed

I had trouble with your system not saving my quote so whenever I would pull it up, putting the exact same information then it would be a little bit higher every time so I am adding about five dollars every month then than what I was talking told first time because of that.

Always get the best price through Safe Auto. Being able to purchase online at my convenience is an excellent feature. Happy with the company, but haven’t had to use it. Hopefully I dont ever have to file a claim, but if I do I hope they’re quick.

Well I was quoted one price and paid the start up of $150 then they tell me like a day or two after that it went up to $465 dollars and it had to be paid by certain day or no insurance. They said because I got hit and I filed a claim against previous insurance company that rates went up basically. Now instead of paying $90 monthly I pay $190 monthly. The Accident wasn’t even my fault but I have to pay. These people are just rip you off and get away with it

What I don't like is the fact that I purchased car insurance on 1/13/23 and all of a sudden I got a bill for a payment due on 1/26/23. I don't understand that at all. If my payment is due on 2/13/23 then why are you asking for a payment on 1/13/23?
