Not dealing with u found even cheeper

I was given a quote that was $200 less than my payment was. If quotes are based off of prior information, then quotes shouldn't be given until all verification is in. I feel as though i was tricked into a policy. I provided all my past & current driving information, the representative said that some of the information was not on my driving history report… a week later i was sent a bill.. when i called to see what had happened, i was told that the information that i had provided & was told it wasn't on the report in fact was causing a significant increase in my payment.. my decision to get car insurance was based off the quote given to me by the representative who didn't waist any time asking me to accept & pay the required amount at that time... My insurance should have remained what I was quoted until the expiration of the policy!

Yes my experience was good quick customer service

The customer service was excellent and I was able to get what I needed in a timely fashion.

The fact that I got insurance right away in a matter of minutes. Then every thing I needed ( policy info.) was emailed to me right away,that's what made my situation hassle free.

The app needs to to show how much a persons policy is each month there’s nowhere for me to look and see how much my monthly payment is I had to call customer service just to figure that out & everything is automated I should be able to call in and talk to a REAL PERSON ‼️

Every call I’ve made was answered with great respect and delightful representatives! They were so helpful and quick and always answers or will find the answer to every question !

The company meets my expectations and with my price a month could come down a lil lower

Its easy to get a policy with them but when you have to file a claim it hell trying to get it resolved. The agents are never available but if you don’t pay they cancel you. I won’t recommend them to anyone. It’s better to pay the extra than go with the cheapest company. Never again
