I don’t have road side assistance in the state of Pennsylvania . Yesterday I was stuck in the highway my car broke down and I call safe auto for road side assistance they can’t help me because they don’t serve in Pennsylvania

When I signed up for insurance they asked if I had any violations or cases against me? I said NO. They gave me a monthly payment of 1 something. A few days later I got an update saying that my insurance went up. I called to ask why and they said due to 10 accidents I had on my record. Huh? I let them know that was I correct information. The rep said to call my previous insurance to get proof that there were no accidents. Long story short I got the documentation from my previous insurance carriers to state that the information SA had on file were ALL roadside assistance. I email the letter to them. The next day I got another email with my payments still being $530. I call them again an ask for an update to see why my payments didn’t change. They going to say even though it’s proof that I had no accidents having roadside is still a claim that puts me in a different tier. I’m like what?? I’ve NEVER heard that in my years of driving from any insurance carrier I’ve been with. I asked to speak to a supervisor she stated that when I signed up I said that I didn’t have any claims. Uhh duh I didn’t ROADSIDE is not an actual claim. I paid for that service monthly so your telling me that I can’t use a service that I pay for? Unfortunately, with this company they are a SCAM I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!!! You gotta know they not a big company when they do t have 24hr service, they closed on weekends and they don’t start working until 9am. Y’all don’t EVER have to worry about me.

I switched to safe auto and saved $40 per month and now have roadside assistance, where I didn't before :)
