S.A.Gems Reviews

Incredible service!

From the beginning of looking at the website, all the way through to receiving personalised service to pick even better diamonds than I had picked on my own, the whole experience with S.A.Gems has been exceptional. Many thanks to Monil for all of your help. I really appreciate it.

Arrived quickly and the stone was gorgeous. Thank you

A+ seller. Would buy from again.

Searched online and local for an engagement ring before deciding to purchase from S.A. Gems. Got the ring just over a month after purchasing and it was perfect. Great pricing and customer service

Fast shipping, amazing diamond, unbeatable price

Such a great range of lab diamonds and price is hard to beat! Very impressed with their customer service and in love with my new diamond!

Great ring but there were shipping issues, the customer service was great at communicating and fixing the issues. The reason for 4 stars is...I haven't had this ring for a month and my stone already came out/off of the setting. Luckily I was able to find my stone!

There is a woman I've fallen for. She needs a diamond on her ring finger, and I'm privileged enough to be the one to do it. We both care about doing right by society and so we ignored other jewelers by picking a lab-grown gemstone to avoid conflict minerals. This business had what I was looking for based on what my lady said she liked, they answered all of my questions by email, followed through on all of their information and advertising with no sneaky ploys/ads/fees, and the ring itself is pretty. It was nice and convenient working with them.

I loved working with SA Gems to build my dream ring! Monil was SO responsive to my questions and changes with the design. Picking the stone was easy. They sent videos throughout the process and kept us informed. There were some holidays that delayed shipping and he made sure we were aware and set our expectations accordingly. The process was easy, and everyone is amazed with my ring!

S.A. Gems provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their communication was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. The craftsmanship of my ring exceeded my expectations — it is absolutely stunning. I’m extremely pleased with the quality, attention to detail, and the outstanding value. I truly saved hundreds of dollars without compromising on excellence. Thank you, S.A. Gems, for your remarkable service and beautiful work.

Great service, I love my ring, it’s so beautiful!!

Beautiful custom ring at an amazing price!

Monil made the entire process effortless. The design of my ring goes above and beyond expectations. The diamond is truly perfection. What an amazing experience. Will buy again!

great stones, great prices, stop the tariffs TRUMP

I spent months doing research into various wholesalers as well as visiting several local jewelers. In the end, I chose S.A. Gems, and ordered 2 custom rings, an engagement ring & wedding band. My experience with Monil and his team was A+ from start to finish! I was nervous about making such a large & important purchase online, but the customer service I received couldn't have been better, which helped to lessen my anxiety! Every email was answered within the hour, I was able to schedule a zoom appt, communication was clear on what to expect, and everything went to the exact plan they promised. They also saved me a considerable amount of money on the exact solitaire diamond I wanted, as well as the custom design on both rings. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and will absolutely be referring them to friends & family. I am looking forward to my next beautiful purchase with S.A. Gems! 10/10 from a super type A perfectionist customer!

We had a terrific experience with SA Gems, Monil in particular. He was awesome and walked us through the process every step of the way. The communication was outstanding! Highly recommended, we'll shop at the store again! *Already planning our next order! Five stars all the way!

Very happy with my experience at S.A. Gems. They’re priced very reasonably. Monil helped me with my ring, he was very professional, so patient throughout the process, and catered to my requests. The diamond is absolutely stunning! I’m in love with my ring. I’m definitely coming back to them! Highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a diamond from SA Gems, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Not only did they offer an incredible price on the stone I was looking for, but they actually went above and beyond by securing me a better-quality diamond than the one I originally selected, and they did it faster than expected!

What really stood out was their communication and customer service. They kept me updated every step of the way, and I never felt like I was left in the dark. The process was smooth, professional, and exceeded all of my expectations. I had been prepared to wait at least a couple of weeks, but they delivered my upgraded stone about a week ahead of schedule. That kind of speed and efficiency is rare these days.

If you’re in the market for a diamond, I highly recommend SA Gems. Great value, outstanding service, and a team that truly cares about delivering quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

Everything about the process was amazing! We had wonderful cumunication through the whole custom design process they were very understanding with tweaks and adjustments to the CAD to create the perfect ring. The price for the dimond was fantastic. I was provided with updates and photos while the ring was being created and time line estimates. Shipping was discreet and well packed for safety. I will 100% be a return customer

Worked directly with him through instagram and picked out a perfect diamond at a great price. Huge help and reputable seller. Diamond was quoted as “beautiful” “never seen something this nice before” when taken to other places. Couldn’t recommend more
