S.A.Gems Reviews

OK the best whosale

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Gem of a Company!
I had an amazing experience purchasing a loose diamond from S.A. Gems and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they offered a boutique, personalized approach that made me feel like their top priority. I was choosing between several stones, and what really set them apart was how they went beyond the specs on paper. They gave me honest, detailed feedback based on their actual eyes on the stones—something you just can't get from a generic online retailer.
The communication was impeccable throughout—prompt, thoughtful, and never pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me with genuine expertise. Shipping was fast and secure, and the diamond I received was even more stunning in person.
And the price? Absolutely unbeatable for the quality. I shopped around quite a bit, and S.A. Gems offered better value than anyone else—without sacrificing service or quality.
Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail really shines through in everything they do. If you're looking for a high-quality loose diamond and want a tailored experience with real guidance from professionals who care, look no further than S.A. Gems. They’re building something special—and I’m thrilled to be part of their story.

Monil was wonderful to work with both professionally and communications and certainly such a beautiful design. I am so happy with my pendant and with SA gems working in my budget! Thank you so much.

Monil is a top tier professional that was a pleasure to work with designing my custom ring. He was always available, knowledgeable and happy to guide me through the process. The end result is an excellent product at an unbeatable price that was delivered far quicker than expected. I'll never have to shop with another jeweler again.

In the process of looking for an engagement ring, I visited almost every popular site, looking to purchase a lab grown diamond and a setting.

After I figured out what type of diamond I wanted, I started to compare the prices of all the sites I went to. I was about to purchase the diamond I wanted on another website, but I saw an ad for S.A. Gems on Instagram one day.

I went to their site and saw that the exact same diamond I was going to purchase on another website was significantly cheaper through S.A. Gems.

I did some research, and felt confident that these guys were a legit wholesaler. I ordered my diamond and got almost exactly 7 days later. The diamond is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Monil was also great at communicating with me along every step of the way after I made my purchase.

I highly recommend S.A. Gems and would definitely look to them again if I ever need to buy another loose stone.

No need to shop anywhere else.
From start to finish everything went perfect. The stone is exactly what I ordered. The price was very reasonable. The quality was excellent. The communication was excellent. The delivery was timely and efficient.
This is a reputable business that offered stellar service and quality.

Great customer service. And very friendly people. Also very helpful people. Great prices too!!! They will work with you on pricing!!!

I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but after reading these reviews I went ahead with the order.
I spent around 3k on a nice diamond, the day after I got an email from them explaining how the process works and when I can expect to receive the diamond.
I received the diamond on the day that they initially said I would. I received exactly the same item as I ordered,I also verified that the serial number in the diamond matched the certificate. It also came with a certificate and a nice letter from SA Gems.
I am very satisfied with my order!!
Now I'm just hoping she says yes!
Thank You S.A.Gems!!!

Monil handled my order and was great. The process of picking a diamond and set was super easy. The price was better than other retailers. They made the ring exactly how I wanted it. The communication and shipping process was smooth. Thank you!

I bought a 4.68 carat VVS2 D colored hearts & arrows diamond from them. They were very communicative and solved any issues I had before the purchase. I received the diamond within a week. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to buy a high quality diamond at the fairest prices you can find anywhere.

I am a small jewelry business in the US and S.A.Gems has been such a pleasure to work with! They have excellent customer service and the quality is fantastic! I would highly recommend them!

First time gem buyer on the internet. My diamond came quickly, had the proper serial number, and was examined at a name brand jewlery store when I got it place on our engagement ring. Perfect experience, price, and trust give to to right company. Thank-you so much you've made us both so happy.

Great overall experience. The price for their stones beat out many of the other vendors. There was a small issue ordering on the site but I was able to get the resolved by messaging them on IG. The stone came fast and secure. And what a beautiful stone it is.

5 Star service! Monil was excellent to work with from start to finish. His pricing was by far the most competitive and he’s super helpful and patient. Great experience all around
