everything is wrong with this system. Nothing works. phone numbers are wrong or fax numbers. the search option does not really filter to combine new businesses and keyword search and the key word search is useless.

Data Axle Business Append Process
Overall, I don't like the coordination between the SalesGenie and data append groups. I am a savvy user of the data and was still confused on who to go to for data requests. Also, I feel response times aren't very good for rush orders. I expect to have a 48 hour turnaround on any request. Lisa Moore, a sales executive, is very good at helping me through the whole process even though none of this order was in her group. She is great at customer service!

I miss the old User Interface
It's been a few years since I've used your system and I really prefer the old user interface. It was simpler and easier to understand. Your new interface gets complicated and ends up including many prospects that aren't desired for the list we are building. It's really important to go through every single detail and screen to make sure we are getting what we think we're buying. Out of a purchased list of 4800 prospects, I was really only interested in about 2500 of them.
