Very nice Watch!!

Good experience. the watch was well packaged and arrived fine. though the preorder did take a couple of months. At this point I've grown to love it. one nitpick, i would love to see a hardening coating on the titanium here. there is darn good polishing on the titanium and the lume is great. bracelet is good, though you can feel the unfinished area between links. otf adjustment is easy and usable. Crown was a little rough on the thread, but i'm almost certain that is a titanium issue.

Good communication about my order.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SanMartin.watch. I paid $318 for my order and even paid approximately $30 EXTRA for expedited shipping because I wanted the watch as soon as possible.

Instead, I have received no watch, no meaningful shipping update, and essentially no customer service.

I have repeatedly tried contacting them through their live chat and have received no response. I have also sent multiple emails and have not received a proper response there either.

At this point, I genuinely feel like I have been scammed out of $318. You take a customer's money—including additional money for expedited shipping—and then don't ship the product or communicate with the customer? That is completely unacceptable.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I originally believed I was purchasing through an official San Martin operation. Had I known I would be dealing with this level of communication and uncertainty, I would have purchased elsewhere.

I buy a lot of watches, and I understand that shipping delays can happen. That's not the issue. The issue is taking someone's money and then ignoring them when they ask where their order is. A legitimate customer should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to find out what happened to a paid order.

Unless this company immediately responds, provides legitimate tracking showing that my watch has actually shipped, or refunds my full $318, I cannot recommend purchasing from this website.

Buyer beware. My experience with SanMartin.watch has been absolutely unacceptable.

Very surprised the watches have not made it mainstream here in the USA. Very good quality for the cost not only the homage, their original designs are outstanding also. The only downside is the wait to get it takes nearly a month.

I purchased a San Martin watch, and the bracelet broke. Looks like I lost my investment.

This site is 100% Legit. After a fair bit of research I pulled the trigger and placed an order.
The watch arrived after 9 days so not the quickest delivery but the watch is so much better than what I thought. order also came with the green watch box so very impressed with the quality.
Also I had a few questions from their customer service team that were responded with in quick turn around so Id recommend this site and these watches as Ill be making another purchse

Excellent Pioneer watches - lovely dials (sunray blue and vintage cream), robust Seiko VH31 movement, sapphire crystal, brushed case, 100M WR rating. Protective packing. No damage from shipping carrier. Very pleased!

I bought the Watchdived EXD 40mm in blue, which was sold out everywhere. San Martin had it in stock and ready to ship. They told me 5-10 days shipping and it made it in 8 days and in excellent condition.

J'ai commandé cette Watchdives wd0016 MUSOU qui est arrivé ultra rapidement (en France) en moins de 10 jours. Cette montre est magnifique. Elle était très bien emballée et elle était accompagnée de petits cadeaux (chiffonnette et outil pour démonter le bracelet). En plus, elle était en promotion. Je vous recommande grandement cette boutique.

Never again. First watch I have bought nearly fell from my wrist onto the ground. Caught it while failing onto the street. Spring bar got loose.
Second watch the end link did not fall naturally down, got stuck. Bad customer service, bad business policy. No sense for customers. Avoid this cheap micro brand. Poor quality, just cheap

I am very happy with my San Martin (121t) watch, which I have been using for a month. It is beautiful! If the automatic movement were better, it would be the perfect watch for me.

Fast and well packaged delivery. Watch feels and looks great.

I ordered a watch that was already sold out, despite the fact that I managed to successfully order it anyway. When I first tried to contact them via chat on the website, they took almost a week to get back to me because “they were on vacation”- terrible communication overall. The watch took nearly two months to arrive, and it STILL is sold out on the website, so I have no idea whether they just sent me one that someone didn’t want. Overall not impressed.

Genuinely surprised at the quality of the watch I ordered. I expected a mediocre shiny bauble of a watch, but the SN0008 Tudor clone is so well made, I actually prefer to wear it instead of a mid-tier Citizen that cost me 5x as much.
Shipping was a bit of a fiasco, the package went from their California location to someplace in Seattle and bounced around there for a week, but I can't fault San Martin for that.
