Initially I had a small issues that they took care of. Their watches are so much watch for the money. I now have six just a few months after buying my first.

Con l'aggiornamento di oggi 11/04/2026 confermo che SanMartin mi ha restituito l'orologio riparato e come nuovo, quindi si sono comportati bene, questo non toglie il fatto che devono essere più trasparenti e far comprendere che acquistare direttamente dal loro sito aliexpress è assolutamente sconveniente per noi europei. Esiste il distributore europeo che è la scelta migliore, infatti il prezzo di Aliexpress sembrerebbe più conveniente, ma quando vai ad applicare i dazi e l'iva il costo finale è maggiore. In oltre se hai problemi con il prodotto per risolvere ci metti 4-6 mesi.
Da qui comincia la precedente recensione che rimane come testimonianza della vicenda: Allo stato attuale dopo numerose promesse, non c'è stata alcuno aggiornamento nella risoluzione del problema. Se io compro un oggetto per le sue qualità costruttive e arriva danneggiato, anche se con un difetto minimo, no è una politica corretta, lo voglio perfetto, e non potete essere voi a giudicare se è da sostituire oppure no. Buonasera, sono un cliente che ha acquistato dall’Italia il modello di orologio SN 00148. Confermo che il prodotto è di qualità eccezionale: materiali ottimi, finiture curate e assemblaggio impeccabile. In questo senso, tutte le recensioni positive presenti sul web risultano assolutamente veritiere.

Arriviamo però al motivo della mia valutazione negativa: la gestione dei danni durante la spedizione. Nessuno informa chiaramente che, se l’orologio dovesse essere spedito danneggiato all'origine — come purtroppo è accaduto nel mio caso — la procedura di restituzione diventa talmente antieconomica da risultare impraticabile. I dazi doganali, che superano i 100 €, non vengono rimborsati, quindi non solo il costo finale dell’orologio risulta più alto di quanto pubblicizzato, ma, nel caso di un prodotto difettoso, restituirlo è talmente oneroso che ci si ritrova praticamente costretti a tenerlo nonostante il danno.
Sostanzialmente sono protetti da questo sistema, se il prodotto è danneggiato sei praticamente costretto a tenertelo.

I didn’t get my order and they didn’t give me any solution

INCREDIBLE!!! I have 21 watches, two of which are very high end, and the San Martin SN0121T may be my favorite daily wear! It is excellent in every way! The build quality is great, the power reserve lasts a long time, it is thinner than the Tudor Pelagos 39, has 100 meters more water resistance (depending on the model) and has a date window! I could not be more pleased with this watch! My wrist size fluctuates pretty drastically throughout the day and the way the claps can adjust multiple times, quickly, has made this a non issue now! I can't say enough good things about this watch! Very fast and careful shipping! Thank you! Oh and the lume is very bright too!

Ordered a watch from the UK warehouse six days ago. San Martin claim 3-5 days delivery.

I am not convinced the watch is, or indeed was ever even in the UK in the first place. The order is STILL pending after 6 days under a .4PX suffix which suggests it is being shipped from China.

l will request a refund if the order is still pending tomorrow

San Martin watches... are among my favorites. I own Certina, Squale, Marathon, LIV, Steinhart, Bulova, Seiko and more.. I have over 60 in my collection. My San Martin automatics are as accurate, if not more accurate than any of my Swiss watches. ..and IMHO San Martin homages of Seiko are better than Seiko originals. Most of my SM watches are dive watches, and they are EXCELLENT in all aspects. The website is alsp easy to use, and has always made accurate orders for me.

I purchased three watches from San Martin: their GMT with the white “sand beach” dial, the diver with the gray gradient dial, and their manual pilot watch with small seconds. I like all of them, and never had to contact customer support in any way, shape or form.
Unfortunately, my luck ran out on the fourth purchase: the Pelagos clone with a blue dial.
Tracking info stopped updating a week ago; so obviously the watch was lost in transit. No problem, just contact San Martin, and they’ll send another one. This is my fourth purchase after all.
Trying to get ANY response whatsoever from San Martin is absolutely futile. From the website you are directed to the online chat. However, after multiple messages, I have received exactly ZERO responses. Not a peep. Not even an acknowledgement that I exist. OK, how about an email to their sales department (emails not allowed in these reviews)? Still silence.
Apparently, their customer service department is a mirage. Buyer beware.

There is no update on Tracking, my E Mail to San Martin has not been answered and no one responds on the 'chat' facility even when it days Agents are Online.
Please re assure me that all is well with my order and it will be delivered a.s.a.p.

Ordered a new release mother of pearl dial watch from the UK Warehouse. Arrived within a week. Beautiful watch, very fine finishing, great fly adjustable clasp and very accurate out of the box. Could have done with a bit more communication from the courier Yodel, but this is my only minor gripe and not San Martins fault. Already looking to buy another one.

Avoid at all costs. Scam site. Item ordered and supposedly dispatched using Yodel in the UK. Yodel have cancelled the delivery twice with no way to contact them or the site.

Estaba preocupado de que esta tienda al no ser la oficial de la marca mandara reproducciones o productos de baja calidad. Pero he de decir que he recibido tanto un reloj como una correa en perfectas condiciones con todos los plasticos y embalajes originales y estoy seguro que son productos legítimos, los acabados son de gran calidad y todo está en orden y funcionando perfectamente. El envío fue rápido, unos 6 dias.
Sobre la tienda en sí han quedado disipados mis temores y no se como será la postventa, de la cual otros usuarios se han quejado, pero por lo que a mi respecta todo ha salido perfectamente
