I always love Sarah and sebastian. A very reliable luxury jewellery brand. Love their jewellery design and the quality of the piece. I did 3 piercing with them and all went well. I had a small issue with delivery on my most recent online order and they address the issue promptly. Customer service is great.

My daughter bought me a beautiful delicate bracelet for my 70 th birthday. After a few weeks, it disappeared off my wrist and left me devastated. I think the clasp may have been faulty .
I contacted the company and they immediately sympathized . After a couple of messages with Luisa, they offered to replace my bracelet and a new one has been received .
I can’t thank Luisa and this company enough .. the bracelet is gorgeous and their customer service is first class .

The product itself is gorgeous but the customer service is honestly world class. We had an issue with a gift and the team at S&S could not have been more helpful - honestly was blown away at the lengths they have gone to to help us out. Thank you so much

I had the pleasure of visiting the King Street, Perth store of Sarah and Sebastian last week. From the time I stepped through the doors I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable, no pressure sales here. The staff were so helpful and delightfully friendly and their knowledge of their product helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. The Jewellery here is so delicate and beautiful and I couldn't recommend this product and store highly enough. Thank you to Angelica and staff for your kindness and advice. Will be back soon.

I was in the store at Paddington yesterday with my daughter choosing a ring her 25th birthday. We were served by one of your assistants Mia, who was so helpful, honest, and frankly, just delightful. I found often as a 60 year old woman, I am often dismissed, with more attention given to the younger population. Not by Mia. I bought the ring. Now I have decided to buy more - because she convinced me I was not too old for a second pair of earrings, or anything I liked, for that matter. She went over and above to make our simple experience of buying a ring, a fabulous one. I left with a huge smile on my face. Well done Sarah & Sebastian - obviously choosing your staff well and thank you Mia, for letting me hug you as I left the store.

Great customer service team. Responsive, helpful and flawless.

I spent $400 on a tiny cartilage earring from Sarah & Sebastian. I had it put in by one of their team members. I was super careful not to touch it. Within a month, it had fallen out. Panicked, I turned my house upside down and after hours of searching, I found both sides of the earring. After that experience, I went back every 2 weeks to have their team tighten the earring for me to prevent this from happening again. BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS - yes, within less than 2 weeks after it had been professionally tightened by their staff, the earring had fallen out again. This time I wasn't so lucky. The piece was gone and I haven't been able to find it.

Prior to my S&S piece, I had a Mejuri cartilage earring in the same piercing for months without any issue. Sadly, as beautiful as it was, my S&S earring fell out twice and was long gone within 2 months of purchasing it.

For $400, the quality of the fastening is simply not good enough. I feel like I just flushed money down the drain. The S&S team was sympathetic but ultimately not willing to resolve the issue.

I'll be avoiding S&S from now on. Back to Mejuri!!

Sarah & Sebastian excel at customer service. Every time I call with a query I am helped by a member of staff, not a bot, who is kind, courteous & knows their product. Recently Josie helped me locate an earring I wanted to buy. She was excellent & super easy to deal with. Long live companies like Sarah & Sebastian!

I have been a customer for several years, and this was my first time buying from the Archive Sale. I purchased a pair of earrings, but the product page did not mention that the item was sold as a single piece. I only discovered this after receiving my order.

When I contacted customer service, I received a reply from a staff member named Charlotte. At the top of the email, it said “chat gpt said,” which looked like a copy-and-paste mistake. It was disappointing to see that a customer enquiry—especially from a long-time customer—was answered using ChatGPT and not checked properly.

On top of that, the reply offered no solution or support at all. It only said they were sorry, without suggesting any options to help. I am very disappointed with the customer service quality.

I've been collecting Sarah & Sebastian jewellery for about a decade now and everything about the brand just keeps getting better. As a professional nature photojournalist and ocean lover, I truly appreciate not only how much care and artistry goes into every piece, but also how much the brand does for marine conservation. And while some of the more extraordinary pieces are a little $$$, I don't feel too guilty about investing in them (when I can afford to) because I know this company is in line with my values and gives back where it counts. Over the years I've made my purchases at the online store, in person at the Strand, David Jones Sydney and in their Paddington store, and have had piercing/soldering/ear spa appointments at all three locations.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of once again being pierced by Teara in Paddington - and as usual, her excellent skill, styling expertise, genuinely kind demeanour and attention to detail made almost painless. I'm running out of space for more piercings but I will definitely be back soon!

Charlotte, from the online retail team, also went above and beyond to ensure that a piece I purchased online was also going to be at the Paddington store when I arrived, so I was able to collect it in person during my appointment. What made Chartlotte's effort extra exceptional was that I'd only emailed the online store about that particular piece a few hours before my piercing appointment, so I couldn't be more impressed that they were able to get it there so quickly.

And, as per every retail experience I've had at the various S&S boutiques, the Paddington team once again offered best-in-class service - effortlessly expert, yet still so friendly and warm.

Every step of the way yesterday, S&S once again showed me why they're at the top of their game, and why I should keep coming back. And I can't wait for my next experience with them.
