I had a query about post piercing products that might be available. Josie responded very quickly, as usual, with warmth and professionalism. Great customer service as usual. Can’t fault S&S for that.

I bought a really important gift for my best friend who is getting married. When I put the order through, I forgot to include the gift wrapping. The customer service team got onto it right away and added it in for me. Now I can give a wedding gift to my friend wrapped beautifully.

In early October I turned 60.
I am friends with a small group of old school friends and we keep in touch regularly. We catch up for each other’s birthdays and have done for over 40 years. When it’s a milestone we try and buy a special gift. For our 60th birthdays we thought we would buy each of us a signature initial bracelet from Sarah and Sebastian. We would all have the same, a symbol of our strong friendship. In the group, I am one of the first to have their birthdays. I was given my bracelet and did not take it off. Two weeks later, my husband and I were sitting in the airport lounge, waiting for our plane, we were off to Morocco and then London to visit our daughter, when he received a call from his GP advising him not to travel because a tumour had been found and it looked suspiciously cancerous. He had been having various tests but we were not expecting to get the results until we returned home early November. Our cases were taken off the plane and we were escorted out of the international airport. We went home. Further tests confirmed it was cancer. The day after the prognosis was confirmed, to let off steam, I went and hit some golf balls. I was wearing my bracelet! Once home I realised my bracelet was missing. I went back and looked for it. I couldn’t find it but knew I had to replace it. I wrote to customer service and gave a brief outline of me receiving my bracelet from a group of old school friends. Mikaela, in customer service, answered me straight away and offered me a discount on my replacement. I was over the moon. I was so happy I told her how I lost it and why, she told me then that she escalated my enquiry and that Sarah and Sebastian were going to replace it for me. I can’t tell you how overwhelmed I was by the kindness and generosity that Sarah and Sebastian had shown.
Both Luisa and Mikaela from customer service showed so much empathy and kindness. It was indeed the most generous gesture of good will!
Today I received my bracelet. It is beautiful and I will never wear it to golf again but I will always wear it and think not only of my 5 old school friends but of Sarah and Sebastian. Thank you Mikaela, Luisa and Sarah and Sebastian.

So far, I have had 3 soldered bracelets, 10 ear jewellery pieces and 8 piercings from S+S. I have had an amazing experience from them and the team.

There was a hiccup from the last visit with resizing and new piercing. Unfortunately, it was not exactly where I wanted it. I emailed S+S and sent photos 4 weeks after the piercing was done for this to be resolved. The team responded efficiently and was so helpful and supportive in organising my repiercing with a complimentary repiercing and entry jewellery.

I went in for my final piercing and repiercing, Shelley from the strand was so caring and had already been communicated to with my repiercing. This saved me time explaining myself again which was so helpful!

Bridie my piercer previously and for this last piercing was so professional and kind throughout the whole process. She made so much effort in ensuring my older piercings were cleaned, resized and my new ones in the position I wanted. She went above and beyond. I am so happy for her genuine effort and care, eventhough my previous experience was not as what I expected. She did not take it personally, instead, reassured me and built trust. What a champion, and delivered a world class service!

The customer care and service from Sarah and Sebastian team has been an incredible experience. The support and efficiency in resolving my issues is very much appreciated. I hope more people can adopt the kind of service they deliver.

I had an exceptional experience with Charlotte from Sarah & Sebastian. Her customer service was both professional and genuinely thoughtful. She responded quickly and offered insightful guidance in selecting the ideal wedding band to complement my engagement ring. As I required a bespoke size not typically offered, her knowledge and support were amazing. She was such a pleasure.

What made the experience even more meaningful was discovering the inspiration behind the Marine Collection. I purchased a beautiful Nymph Ring in white gold back in July 2024. The first time i wore it back in Jan/Feb a claw broke which resulted in almost losing the opal (luckily found it at home) this was within 5 minutes. They kindly repaired it and sent it back with in 4 weeks. I have only just re worn it for the first time on the 15 August, which once again within 10 minutes the same claw and opal was lost.

I have no confidence to wear this ring again but they are refusing to refund as its not listed as a major fault. A credit note will go unused and i wish i read these reviews first!

They state that they are working with me to resolve out issue but they are only really offering a repair or credit note! Please do not buy from Sarah and Sebastian as the piece will fall apart!

Welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in by the Manager. I went to Melbourne CBD and booked an ear styling appointment and a piercing appointment. I was then met with the wonderful Sav! She was so helpful with placement, future piercing and knowledge about what works well and knowledge with the piercing placement itself. She made the experience so amazing and I can’t wait to see Sav again! Thank you! Also if you are unsure or need help beforehand- the amazing Luisa on the chat feature will be your best friend! Exceptional customer service service-in SYDNEY
A promise made (in writing) in the Brisbane store not kept. (Hence 4/5 stars). I took it up with customer service rep Jodie in Sydney who was kind, empathetic, and she totally resolved the matter to my satisfaction in a timely manner. She basically saved a VERY important day!

I had such a great experience with Sarah & Sebastian in Sydney! I brought in a few of my bracelets that needed some love, and they brought them back to life perfectly. Cintra (guessing the spelling lol) was so kind, professional, and clearly passionate about her craft. We purchased a ring this morning at your Brisbane location. Jade and Indigo went above and beyond to help us with sizing and logistics. These two ladies were exceptional. They were kind, friendly, welcoming and so very helpful. The biggest praise for these ladies and this location.

I’ve now purchased/been gifted three bracelets from this brand, each time giving the benefit of the doubt that the last one might’ve just been a one-off issue. But unfortunately, all three have broken without any significant cause, just everyday wear.

In their defence, they did generously replace the first bracelet after acknowledging a fault with the clasp, which I appreciated. However, that doesn’t justify the fact that all three have now broken. I didn’t even bother replacing the second one, as I was already starting to lose hope. And now, the third (which was actually the replacement for the first) has broken as well.

As the saying goes, once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, but three times is a pattern. It’s disappointing, especially given the premium price point, and it’s clear the quality doesn’t match the cost. Safe to say I won’t be purchasing a fourth or looking for a replacement. $740 and 3 beautiful bracelets in the red bin :(
