1. This holiday concept is fantastic.
The partnering hotels should keep the advertised rates stable or fixed within a given window, instead of waiting till point of checkout or payment before announcing increase in rates supposedly due to high demand.
2. Saudia should consider modifying this holiday concept to accomodate interested customers flying from other countries/continents, instead of limiting the take-off from only Jeddah and Riyadh.
3. Generally, Saudia should consider opening Jedda - Abuja(Nigeria) - Jedda route.

The best travel promotions
I like the promotion prices, usually this bundle is perfect and Saudi airlines is my favorite, however the website is very slow, when I choose one hotel then go back to the map it returns me to the beginning not the same area I was checking, cancelation or modification policy not mentioned and not clear I didn't get it when I make the booking or after I received the receipt, payment method can't remove for security purpose I tried so many times with no success, can't add passport details which is affecting flight boarding process through online, no multi-city choices.

We purchased a 3-nights plane+hotel…
We purchased a 3-nights plane+hotel package. On our day of travel (about 4 or 5 hours prior the depature), we received a message stating that our first leg flight was canceled. The airline suggested alternative flights, all on the next day, which is not feasible in our case. By this, our whole package has been effectively cancelled!
We tried to contact the airline and the travel agent without any success: either we talk to someone who direct us to another contact or nobody answers or a chatbot that closes the communication without any action or record of our dialog.

Worst experience ever. Do not recommend.This service is extremely poor and nowhere near the high standards of Saudia Airlines. I still have not received my hotel confirmation, nor have I been able to contact the driver booked for my airport pickup.The customer service is highly unprofessional. They reached out to me from a French phone number, which looked like a scam call. Furthermore, I cannot even complete my booking details because there is zero integration between Saudia Airlines and Saudia Holidays.This entire experience has been a total disaster, and I will never use this service again. Your competitors are miles ahead of you. At this point, I am certain my upcoming trip will be completely unorganized because it was handled by your team.
