Customer service is slow to respond and I'm still waiting for warranty covered faulty part on my bike. Always excuses why they could not ship the part sooner and not understanding what carrier to ship the part with. How do you ship the bide relatively quickly but when it comes to complying with the warranty, they simply do not care. Who knows when my part will arrive. Brand new bike is just sitting in garage...

Communication was prompt and accurate. Shipping time was reasonable to USA given current political climate. No hidden costs aside from purchase price. Bike was well packed. Initial inspection was impressive. After assembly, first rides were great. Put the bike thru its paces - sprints, climbs, etc. - very impressed. Minimal adjustment out of the box. Weight of bike as advertised. Overall - extremely pleased with the purchase, service and quality of the bike. Considered a risk given small presence in USA - happy I took the flyer. Would buy again.

The bike is really fast with nice brakes, I rode it for 50K ride, it was a fun experience. The is high quality.

I give 5 stars although the bike arrived without manual. It took a couple of try and error and a few email to Gary to assemble it correctly. I like the look of the bike but have not a chance to ride it yet. I have issue installing the left pedal to the crank shaft. Mr Gary is sending me a replacement and still waiting for it. Will add more commen in the future

Bike came 1 week early . No problem to put the bike together fits no damage no issues.

I bought a savadeck ak105, the entire thing was extremely difficult to assemble (the bike handle was impossible to fit into the front fork, the sizing of the parts were pretty off, and the seat pole was also an extremely tough fit and difficult to adjust) with limited relevant instructions provided by the company. Because I was in urgent need of the bike and didn’t want to go through the fuss of sending it back and getting a new one, I had to send the bike to a bike shop in pieces and have them fix the parts and assemble the bike, costing me 200 dollars.The rear derailleur also came to me pretty bent. I thought I had a good deal when I found this bike, but apparently you always had to pay for quality.

The package was smart included carbon fiber frame and wheels and 105 groupset. Everything thing is stylish and sleek, I love the bike. I like my wheels but missed the opportunity for tubeless rims which I have found to be so important on my mountain bike, such an improvement for cycling generally. I feel like when I get clincher wheels I will probably buy your wheels. Mainly I feel the price was great for so much value and shows that Chinese companies are on the same level of quality as established brands in UK, Europe and Japan.

The product came on time. There was a small chip on the frame when received but I did not bother to return it. I was too excited to ride my bike. For a first road bike, I think I got a very good value for the money I paid. The bike is amazing and very light!

Upon utilizing the bicycle, it was observed that the size was incorrectly shipped, precluding the possibility of a return. While the initial assembly process presented minimal difficulty, subsequent adjustments by a qualified technician were required. The components' quality appears to be substandard, leading to frequent chain malfunctions and a generally uncomfortable riding experience. Although the bicycle's aesthetic design is appealing, its performance capabilities are notably deficient.

The Aurora 7.2 Full Carbon Road Bike 24S is my first real road bike, and it’s been a game-changer. The full carbon frame feels light yet strong, making climbs smoother and long rides less tiring.
