Best support ever! Extremely fast

ScaledMail has saved us a ton of time buying domains and setting up inboxes, which we used to do manually in-house. Their team are very supportive, and the response time is perfect. Bonus points for end-to-end delivery with sequencer setup.

ScaledMail is easy to use and helped us get our campaigns running quickly without any confusion. Everything feels organized and reliable, especially when managing multiple campaigns. Overall, it’s a simple tool that works well and makes outreach much easier.

Best inbox provider out there. We've been using them for over half a year now, have spent many thousands of dollars with them, and are extremely happy customers. Stop looking for inboxes if you're looking and go with these guys.

Been with ScaledMail since March 2025, have placed multiple orders and have been happy with the service. They give you a dedicated slack channel and are very responsive on any questions I have. I've used both Google and Microsoft inboxes with them, all have worked well for me. I've also used their pre-warmed accounts and those have so far also worked well for me.

Great service so far. We've seen increased delivery on Outlook vs. other providers, with Google also performing. Their ordering and customer support processes are smooth and efficient as well as a fast upload with correct settings into your sequencer.

Turn around time is fast and their team is helpful.

The support has been super and quick. At core, all inboxes are the same, and what distinguishes Scaledmail from others is the intent to help in every situation, be it switching domains, editing users, doing deliverability analysis, downgrading/upgrading volumes, handling reconnections, you name it, and they will do it within 24 hours.
Sticking with them for the last 1.5 years.

They have great support, fast turnover, I love their slack channel for easy help, been with them for over a year now and no complaints honestly.

They add you to a slack channel which makes communication super easy, no request is too hard for them and they really exceed expectations when something goes wrong.
