So my first order leaked and spoiled the whole order. When I reached out to ScentDecant about the the damages they immediately reached out and made it right. For this reason alone, I'll be a repeat customer. Would recommend.

Good purchase experience. The decants are well packaged in shipment. Had 1 vial leak but the customer support was great and they sent a replacement promptly. Prices of decants are very good.

I ordered a few perfume samples from Scent Decant and was genuinely impressed by the experience. Two of the vials arrived damaged, but they immediately resent the affected samples at no additional cost. The order was well packaged, with the vials tucked into a cute black pouch inside a bubble wrap envelope, and everything was just as expected. I am grateful for their excellent customer care. Their prices are very reasonable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate their professionalism and generosity, and I look forward to ordering from them again.

I bought 4 small vials with intent to buy a a big bottle of the one I liked. When the vials arrived, two came broken and emptied. I contacted customer support and they are sending me replacements. When a company takes care of their customers, they are rewarded with business. Thanks Scent Decant!

My order was showing delivered at my mailbox but unfortunately the mailman put it in the wrong box. I emailed to let them know and they sent me a new order no questions asked. Totally did not expect that at all. This was my 2nd time ordering from them and I will continue coming back. Excellent product and better customer service.

Scent Decant is absolutely awesome!!! Customer service is amazing. They ship quickly and answer questions promptly. The products are authentic and the prices are very good. The small samples are packaged and labeled well. I am so happy I found them online. This is my go-to for perfume samples because of the pricing, speed of processing orders, and customer service. They went above and beyond to help me when a package went missing in the mail (something that was definitely not their fault). Great website!!!

Fast shipping and mindfully packaged. I ordered a sample of Hermes Un Jardin Sur Le Nil. I’m a big fan of Egyptian-inspired fragrances, and this one might be my new favorite. It’s a clean yet woody unisex fragrance that smells like a quiet, remote, luxury vacation. Will definitely put this on my Christmas list.

First time ordering from them. They have a couple of option that i haven't found in other sites. Plus the option of the 5 ml premium atomizer is on a great deal.
Have to say that my order was delaying more the usual than i thouht it will and when I reached to them they explain thatbthere was an error or something that misplaced my package. With no hesitation, they re-shipped the order at no cost. That says a lot from the company.
Since i am in Puerto Rico, i got the package in about 7 days, which is the usual time frame with other companies.
Definitely will keep doing business with them. Highly recommended.

I have ordered several times from here. I am on a journey to find some new scents and love this company. One time I did not receive my package (my local post misplaced it) and they even re sent me the order. Excellent customer service, very responsive and personal attention. I highly recommend this website to all my friends that want to try new perfumes. Such a helpful approach.

Scent Decant has the audacity to charge so much for these samples but give you absolute garbage atomizers. My entire order leaked, perfume in my mailbox, and even some samples came without a sprayer top! Absolutely insulting to charge so much and send your customers garbage. Their customer service was awful as well. They refuse to refund an order that basically went entirely to waste even with picture proof. So they charge premium prices, give you garbage product, and don't take accountability for defective items. These guys are terrible for the fragrance community and need to be shut down.
Buy samples from another company, like NorCal or FragrancesLine. They will give you way better quality, same prices and better customer service.

I ordered a handful of 1ml samples and one 5ml travel spray. There was a mixup when they were fulfilling my order so the 5ml was the wrong fragrance(which is annoying, but happens with everyone I've ordered from). The difference I experienced with Scent Decant was their incredibly prompt response and resolution to my situation. They turned what would have been a frustrating experience to a pleasant experience.

I placed an order recently, not my first time placing one with scentdecant. Maybe my 3rd or 4th. This order I place recently was marked as delivered but was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I contacted scentdecant and they sent out a replacement package. During contacting them I wanted to make sure that the insurance was still available on the replacement package just in case it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox. Was told by someone and I do have the reply email stating that it was still insured. Few days later I get a email saying it was delivered and to my surprise again. Nothing in my mailbox( My address has a multi unit mailbox. 1 big box with 20 small mail boxes for each unit. If that makes sense.) once again I contact scentdecant and is told that they don’t send out replacements for replacements and that I’m pretty much out of $170. Since I verified my address and it says delivered. That it’s my problem even though it was once again delivered to the wrong mailbox unit I’m assuming. Have the emails from them saying that it’s insurance. Emails quoted from the owner of scentdecant saying that they will not be fixing this problem.

This was my first order from ScentDecant. At first I was bummed- it was clear that one of the bottles opened/broke in transit before I even opened the package. The other 2 samples were totally fine. I sent them a message about it, and they responded very quickly and shipped a replacement within 24 hours. Overall the experience has been good, and I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Great product and great customer service!

First time ordering from them and had one of my fragrances leak in the package (we all know how "gentle" the post office is nowadays). Emailed customer service to see what to do and was expecting just a refund or store credit. They actually shipped me a replacement decant free of charge! Really appreciated! The customer service was also super friendly and it only took around a day before my new one had been shipped!

Ordered a selection of decants all exactly as I would expect. One bottle leaked. Notified the vendor and they replaced it with a new one immediately. Super happy with this shop.

Love these guys! Great way to test out new scents. Fun to see what I like and what doesn’t work for me.

Customer service is great as well. Had a small hiccup with my last order and they were all over it.
