Need more instructions and recipes for cooking.

Great grill, awesome crust and you get to pour all the juices over at the end. Super quick and useful when cooking for the family. Love it!

I went to try something else, that something else wasn't worth a hoot! Returned something else, the folks at Schwank-Blazen Bull were very helpful getting my order together. Now I wait, I've a couple of steaks and some hamburger patties waiting to get burnt medium rare!!! Stay tuned

I’m very impressed with customer service, quality of packaging, and above all, I’m impressed with the quality of the Blazing Bull grill by Schwank. Set up was simple. The only tool needed was a small crescent wrench to tighten the propane line to the grill. Starting the grill was straightforward. Pressing the propane knob on top and the striker button on front, both within easy reach, caused the grill to start right up. We waited the recommended five minutes then placed already Sous vide ribeyes on the two blazing bulls carved into the grill rack. Immediately sizzling could be heard. I cooked each side for 70 seconds. This created a beautiful crust. In the drip pan below, butter was bubbling with garlic, spices, and drippings from the steaks. After slicing the steaks, we added the butter to steak. The best steaks we’ve had at home or out. Clean up was fairly simple. Just removed the rack and drip pan and washed with dish detergent and let dry. Delighted with this purchase!

This product is well crafted and well thought through. It has exceeded my expectations and has made my love for preparing and cooking high quality meats grow that much more. I happened to have bought two of them.

Overall, it seems to be a great grill. I love how my meat turns out, I love the speed and convenience of it, and I love the way it easily disassembles and cleans up. They sent me a defective unit at first, so I had to send it back, and it took a while for them to send me another one. Now the igniter doesn't work on the new one they sent me, but I don't feel like going through the hassle to send it back in. I'll just light it with a lighter. Overall great product, but you'd expect better quality control from and American company. Maybe I'm being too generous giving four stars, but I do really like the product.

Disappointing customer experience: Immediately after placing the order this review popped up. I didn’t engage with anyone to place the order so in my opinion this review request is premature. I ordered the grill on 12/30 and the unit was not shipped until 1/9 with no communication on expected times to receive the order which could have been helpful. My grill was delivered on a Friday night and after attempting to assemble it, the grill plate itself doesn’t raise or lower level, only the front raises up and the back remains at level one. Since it is the weekend, there is no one available to speak with in customer service.

Customer service alone is the reason I am rating low at this point since I have not been able to use the grill. The customer contact number doesn’t list the hours of operation which is frustrating in and of itself. I went with this company because it was made in the USA but I could have already received and been able to use another brand.

Schwank grills is an amazing experience if you want to have a five star Resturant steak at home. The customer service is like having a friend walk you though all any questions you might have.

I love everything about this grill. I am able to grill the best Ribeyes I’ve ever had with n minutes. They come out so good that I find myself never ordering steaks at restaurants anymore. I dod a couple of times and was disappointed in over cooked steaks. Great grill, awesome cust service, and a pretty snazzy cover I got for it.

Excellent service from Schwank. Easy to order online, quick shipment in a well-packaged box. Setup was a breeze (Other than me swapping out a quick connect on the gas line). The unit worked like a charm the first time - did a tomahawk following the videos suggestions I found online. Looking forward to more steaks and to do a pizza or two. I recommend this.

Easy to order, and fairly fast shipping.

Love the quality of the build. Love the steak sear. Love the ease of use. Hate how messy it is. We've used it twice and unfortunately I am not sure how many more times we will deal with the hassle of cleaning it after cooking only a steak or two. Anyone want to buy mine at a discount?

Yes! These are great people to work with! This is the second Blazing Bull that I bought within 2 weeks!! - I gave it as a gift to one of our customers: I was actually so excited about my Blazing Bull that I had to tell everyone about it. So, when I told David at a job site I saw his mouth watering and I ordered his Christmas gift right away. As for myself my Blazing Bull has changed my life! That thing truly makes America great!

Great. I got it all hooked up to natural gas. I cooked two 1-1/4 New Yorks and on Christmas I used it to brown a 7 lbs boneless choice prim rib from Costco.
