Scotsdales Reviews

Just love Scotsdales. Great delivery. Great store at Shelford . Lovely meals in restaurant. Could stay all day . Super company.

Very nice delivery driver.

Oliver and the delivery team were so great in helping deliver my outdoor table around a planned holiday trip. Thank you for being so accommodating. It is very good quality and looks great.

Overall a good buying experience, gave 4 stars due to delivery charge being a bit on the expensive side and having to wait nearly a week..Pleased with the bags of gravel I ordered and the delivery guys were kind enough to put them in the back garden where it was needed..😁

there is lots of choice, its well laid out , very clean, staff are friendly and polite. Prices are not too bad, and now you have the large food hall that is very good.
We come from Bury St Edmunds so we come as much as possible.

Very easy to order on line. Notified when my delivery was do. It arrived on time all in good order.
Thank you.

Prompt delivery and good communication apart from the final delivery notification which did not arrive otherwise 5 stars. Heavy water feature taken through to the back garden and the right spot. Nothing too much trouble.

Ok ordering but could not put in club card number for points. Done click and collect got the first email to say order was done and second email would be when ready to collect. Got second email straight away so went to pick it up.got there no where to park so had to wait 10 minutes till someone moved. Went to customers service waited 15mins as they were busy. Showed them the order number was told that order was not ready and could not put points on my card and would have to come back in he week. Hard as I work and don’t have a car (husband does) she phoned wood yard up and they said they had 2 raised beds that I could have but had to go and collect them not help full when you have a disabled husband

A super little polytunnel at a very reasonable price. Many design flaws in my previous one (a different brand) have been addressed with the Growit. Sturdy zips on the two large offset windows as well as on both the doors (two doors! That was a nice surprise), buckles, not ties, to hold the doors up and another to keep the side flaps in place when the doors are open, Velcro to fasten the cover to the frame, extremely easy to assemble with spring clips to hold the poles and joints together (a single spanner needed for nine bolts with lock nuts for the horizontal braces only), sturdy frame components with a tough powder paint coating and pockets for ballast along the sides of the cover, which fits snugly over the frame.
Why only four stars? The packaging! Its box arrived with the bottom falling out and the top badly ripped. The poles were unsecured inside and rattling around against each other, and one end of most of the horizontal braces was deformed, presumably where the box had been roughly dropped. By some miracle, all the components were still there. What a shame to package such a good product so inadequately! Not sure about the function of the thin, sagging connecting rods between the roof arches, and the binding tape by the zips on the door is frayed in a few places where the tape has been joined, snagging the zips, but overall I am delighted with it, the thought and care put into its design lifts the spirits. And it was quickly delivered. Highly recommend!

Quick delivery. Kept informed. Delivery guys very helpful

Very competitive pricing. Delivery drivers were friendly.

Great delivery on time

Both the delivery driver and colleague were very pleasant and helpful.

They did what they said they would.
customer service was excellent

Product was exactly as described and arrived promptly and well packaged. Order process was straight forward and delivery was within the timescale stated.

Ordering easy. When there was an error with the delivery (I got a cheaper product than I had ordered) the service from the first customer services I spoke to was not very helpful and quite rude. When they rang me back much later a different person could see my point quite clearly. Low score due to first person I spoke to.

Delivery of the order was exactly as planned and executed.
Josh & Chris were really helpful and very cheerful - an excellent team.

Delivered on time the lads delivering were very helpful and polite l couldn’t ask for anything better 100% satisfied.

excellent price. friendly delivery personell
