I have been a long standing customer of Scottish Fuels for 25 Years, but I do expect the best price for showing my Loyalty, and I do feel I shouldn't have to telephone to get the price or being ask first have I checked with other suppliers. I have given loyalty and I think I should expect it back.

Oil erdered and delivered within 48 hours. You can't beat that for service. On a down side spent 15 minutes arguing with a computer while trying to order oil. Sooner you go back to a human that answers the better. Seriously thought of going to another supplier just because of this.

If you receive an order for regularly timed oil orders, for specific amounts of litres , to which you have agreed, do not change either the delivery dates or the amounts of litres without contacting the customer.
I have experienced both the above recently.

Good pricing and delivery..but...
Good pricing and delivery... but caused massive problems when my application for Oil Allowance was authorised. I nearly lost out on this much needed allowance!
Very stressful experience.
Thanks to person handling my order this was eventually resolved.
