Fast and excellent service
I had to make a travel insurance claim while I was overseas, and I was really impressed with Southern Cross. The claim process was straightforward, communication was prompt, and my claim was assessed and paid out much faster than I expected. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Southern Cross Travel Insurance.

Peace of Mind When We Needed It Most
Our family’s travel insurance was expensive, but knowing that our son’s medical condition was covered gave us incredible peace of mind and was worth every cent.
Before purchasing the policy, I called Southern Cross and spoke with a very kind and helpful gentleman. He checked with his manager and the medical team to make absolutely sure our son’s condition would be covered. When they confirmed that it was, it lifted such a huge weight from our shoulders.
Our son did become unwell while we were overseas, but thankfully we were able to manage his condition without needing to visit a hospital. Even so, knowing Southern Cross was there if we needed them felt like a warm blanket of reassurance wrapped around our family.
We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion and reassurance Southern Cross gave us throughout our trip.
