Had some issues with our bath when moving into our new place and Shaun and his team were absolutely brilliant! Communicated everything so clearly which made it easy for our insurers to approve everything, and got us sorted out super quickly. Had Jonny and another member of the team ((I forgot to ask his name, so sorry!)) over to fix the issues and they were super patient in explaining what exactly was wrong, and why they had fixed everything the way they did. Super fast service, cleaned up after themselves, and were super polite the entire time. 100% recommend :]

The guy who came over was lovely and very helpful, but when I got the quote it was eye watering high at £816 I was told that to stop two dripping showers I would need a whole new shower at the cost of £300 rather than just a new cassette and a new cassette for the other one at a cost of £160 pounds.
I spoke to a friend and he recommending taking both Cassettes to the Shower Doctor in Sighthill. Both new cassettes cost me a total of £45 and took 30 mins to fit, saving me £771.

They fixed my heating system by doing a powerflush. It was expensive, but they did a very good job and I'm very happy the heating is working again. I will no doubt use them again.

The whole experience from the initial contact with Shaun until the completion of the renovation of our cloakroom was exceptional. The response times and efficient method of communications were excellent with timely reminders of visits/work commencing. A big shout out to Jonathan who carried out the renovation. Polite, prompt, high level of attention to detail and brought " added value" to the finish. Jonathan ensured that at every relevant point of the renovation that I was content and talked me through what the next step required. The end result is a gorgeous cloakroom finished to an exceptionally high standard. A very happy customer. I very much recommend this company.

Very pleased with the level of service provided by Shaun and his team. We had a leaking shower and Shaun responded very quickly to first, come and diagnose the problem and second, to arrange for one of his team to instal a new shower - there being no solution other than to remove the old shower and replace with a new one.

Credit too for Dan in carrying out the work. Always enthusiastic, good communication and kept the place tidy at the end of each day.

Shaun and colleague Jordan came to rescue my central heating, doing a power flush of system after half of the radiators went cold. Communication from Shaun was great - arranging visit at short notice during a cold spell. Jordan did a great job - power flush fixed the problem and he also spent several hours making sure everything on system was balanced and up and running. Very professional all round, and I would definitely recommend them.

SD Plumbing was exceptional from the moment we contacted them, to them getting here having a look at our issue and coming up with a solution. In less than a week we have a new boiler, our heating is working and our water pressure is 100x better (no exaggeration) really grateful for all the work Carried out, very professionally and neatly done.

My call to SD plumbing brought a prompt visit from Joe to assess the loss of hot water supply in my flat, a discussion of options to fix the problem and completion of necessary work the same week. The job was completed by Joe to a high standard for a reasonable price and communication from Shaun regarding dates and cost was excellent. I would use the company again and can recommend them 100%.

Excellent service: the guy arrived exactly on time and sorted the problem in one visit.

I needed a boiler replacement and SD were great at every step of the process. Everything was explained to me clearly in advance. The work only took a couple of days, the guys would arrive first thing in the morning and work professionally throughout the day. After they left, there was no mess and no issues with my new boiler.

I would definitely recommending using SD if you need a big job done like replacing the boiler.

They came out very quickly to replace a shower pump and were flexible with the type I wanted and were willing to match a quote I had.
The work done was very good.

Shaun and his team did a wonderful job of revamping a small bathroom in a tenement flat. The initial rip out was an unseen nightmare involving extra days work. All problems were met calmly and efficiently.

I contacted SD Plumbing following a leak in my flat. Shaun and his team responded immediately and Lee and Joe located and fixed the leaks quickly and efficiently.
A considerable amount of plumbing and joinery work was required including replacing pipework, bathroom and heating and gas safety. Thanks to Cameron for some seriously quality plumbing/ gas work. The joinery work and reinstatement was to a high standard.
Shaun was helpful and supportive throughout the process and I would highly recommend SD plumbing and heating.
