We had Shaun and the team move our bathroom from a smaller room to a larger adjacent room - so a fairly complicated job that needed close project management. We found the whole process from initial visit to job completion very well run. When issues arose, the team always had solutions when speaking with us. The end result is stunning and I would have no hesitation in recommending SD Plumbing.

We had a leak on our boiler that got quickly worse. Gave SD plumbing a call and they booked me in for the next day, however in order to avoid coming out twice, an engineer came round the same day just to check the part that needed replacing (which made a huge difference as the part I had been told was faulty was another part entirely). The engineer texted me when he was on his way and worked late on a Friday just to make sure it was all working correctly (and it was a big job as the whole heating system had to be drained and re-set). All in all, super happy with the customer service and the boiler repair they did. Definitely worth the money to know the repair has been done properly and thoroughly.

Good experience of a bathroom make-over; Shaun had good design ideas (including adding two insets into end of wall for shower, so saves cupboard space and cluttered products in shower area); his team were all very experienced and professional (shout out to Dave, the tiler, excellent job and finishing), snagging done immediately and we are very happy with the result. Shaun and his team were excellent replacing a tired old bathroom and transforming in to a lovely modern shower room. Very responsive to any problems arising and good communication with on-the-ground manager Cameron. Highly recommended.

I needed to get a new thermostat and matching part and the service was really good and very efficient. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly too. Would very much recommend. Am very happy to be enjoying my central heating again!

Do not be fooled by the great reviews! Our experience was a complete disaster. My agent instructed the company to repair a radiator leak and the visiting Plumber on that day condemned the kitchen tap as faulty in addition to the radiator valves. Thankfully I had the experience to realise the tap replacement was a complete scam and the leak repair was carried out by another contractor which was £380 cheaper than the quote by SD Plumbing. There was no fault with the Kitchen tap as the water filter mechanism was switched on and therefore running slowly. This situation arose due to mismanagement by the Agent as they failed to pass on important information to the tenant regarding the usage of the fine faucet at the property. Avoid SD Plumbing at all costs especially if you are the owner/landlord that pays the bills! They claim to know how to replace a kitchen tap and charge you for a new when whilst at the same time demonstrating no competence whatsoever regarding proper usage of the existing tap which was perfectly functional. Further to this review I invite the owner of the business to reach out to me directly. I have emailed SD Plumbing and have no reply from the owners and they are welcome to contact me, however I am refusing to speak any third parties or agents acting on behalf of SD Plumbing as enough of my time and money has been wasted going down that route already.

Made a convenient appointment and didn't have to wait long. Clean and efficient had the boiler serviced. Also they came out last year for an emergency again quick and efficient.

All services - initial check, quote, appointment after quote was accepted - were handled quickly. Crew was very punctual.

The quote included a cheaper and a more expensive option, with information about both, so an informed decision could be made.
The installation crew was friendly, professional, and considerate. They did their best to minimise noise/dirt and explained where changes had to be made.
It goes without saying that everything works fine after their installation.

We have used SD plumbing & heating a couple of times for different jobs. The most recent was to replace an electric shower and fit new chrome to my bathroom sink. Both times the service has been amazing. Responsive to my queries and super fast at carrying out the work, the guys did a great job and were very tidy and pricing was also competitive. Great job all round and would definitely recommend.

Such a great experience. Cameron and Chris solved our plumbing issue with their expert knowledge and skills. They were fast, courteous and so tidy. The best plumbers - five stars from me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great company.

Excellent service. They replied on a Friday evening. Ordered the parts on the same evening, scheduled an engineer visit for the next Monday. They came on time on Monday, replied to all questions (via text and in person) and invoiced me the amount we agreed on over the phone. They even offered advice on how to deal with my problem over the weekend. Very happy with their service and I strongly recommend them.
