My technician is great

My technician is great, customer service is horrible. No actual person to talk to, all AI. They constantly move and cancel my appt without my permission. They are a horrible company and does not care about actual customers/ people. They think it’s ok to not have heat for weeks because of switching my appts without my permission

Technician never showed for the Friday…

Technician never showed for the Friday appt.No one notified me of any difficult situation.there is no way to contact a human to have a satisfactory conversation. Because I had already paid for the part and diagnostic I rescheduled the appt. But I would never use this company again and hope you won't either. There should always be an opportunity to reach a human. I tried phone, email, website with no opportunity for human contact.

I contacted your office to restart my…

I contacted your office to restart my contract in April of last week. I was told by the agent my contract would restart with only 22.00. I told him the amount was wrong. He said no all you will owe is 22.oo to restart the contract. I missed payments for Feb and March of 2026. I asked him over and over if that was correct he said yes. The payment of 79.00 would start in May of 2026. I asked again if this was correct an he assured me that Sears allowed me to restart my contract at that low rate because of customer's financial struggles. I was in disbelief. By Tues of last week I had all of these charges for 35.00 which put my acct in the negative. Fast forward today after speaking to  a manager this week I was told I only owed 57,64. Wouldnt you know they took another 70,00 our ot my acct which put into 175 neg standing. The first agent messed up my acct and now I am being charged for what I actually owe. I restarted the contract and attempted to pay but the agent refused to acct the payment only charging me 22.00. I am furious because I could have paid this amount when I restarted the contract. It was your company's error and I could not get support for his gross error. Not even Angela Clayton has responded. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEY CONTINUED TO DEBIT MY ACCT EVEN AFTER THEY MADE THIS ERROR. NO ONE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME TO ADVISE THAT THIS WAS AN ERROR. INSTEAD THEY JUST STARTED TO DEBIT MY ACCT WITHOUT WARNING. TOTALLY MISLEADING I RECORDED THE CONVERSATION AS WELL.

Sears just rescheduled my washer repair…

Sears just rescheduled my washer repair for the 5th time. How many days do I have to sit in the house waiting for an afternoon cancellation. They came in 2 days to diagnose. Now I can’t get them to come back and fix it. I’ll write one of these every time they cancel, again.

sears never show up

sears never show up. I had a part time job. I have loss the job from taking off waiting for sears. I am in cambria hghts Queens. I AM ALWAYS TOLD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. i HAVE A HOUSE FIRSST REFRIGERATOR TOOK SEVEN NO SHOWS BEFORE I GOT A REPLACEMENT. nOW I NEED ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR FIX SO FAR 4 NO SHOWS I AM DONE WITH SEARS TOLD I CANNOT GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT UNLESS I PAY 325.00 BECAUSE I JUST GOT A NEW ONE. pEOPLE PLS TRY TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY OTHER THEN SEARS. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE

Great Lawn Mower Repair

Arrived on time and fixed my riding lawn mower in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterward. Had me use the lawn mower before he left to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Great job.
