Great technician, knowledgeable and professional!

Very thorough and professional and attention to detail about the work being performed on the AC unit.

sears never show up. I had a part time job. I have loss the job from taking off waiting for sears. I am in cambria hghts Queens. I AM ALWAYS TOLD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. i HAVE A HOUSE FIRSST REFRIGERATOR TOOK SEVEN NO SHOWS BEFORE I GOT A REPLACEMENT. nOW I NEED ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR FIX SO FAR 4 NO SHOWS I AM DONE WITH SEARS TOLD I CANNOT GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT UNLESS I PAY 325.00 BECAUSE I JUST GOT A NEW ONE. pEOPLE PLS TRY TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY OTHER THEN SEARS. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE

Arrived on time and fixed my riding lawn mower in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterward. Had me use the lawn mower before he left to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Great job.

Jonathan was quick, quiet and neat. I'm sure he would have fixed the fridge if the parts were still available. He described and showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong.

Arrived early. Provided an accurate assessment and estimate. We had our washing machine up and running in no time. Neat and clean workmanship. Great service. Maybe a little higher price than we had hoped for. Still, we were back in service in less than an hour.

Your scheduling SUCKS. Replying to your AI SUCKS. Almost 3 weeks to get a refrigerator repaired SUCKS. The tech was ok once he finally got here. This is BS to agree to cookies and personal info to rate your service!

David was prompt, courtesy, and professional during my dryer repairs. I high recommend him for appliance servives.

Was knowledgeable and explained the reason for a loud noise i had when opening the garage. It had nothing to do with the work he had performed previously. I was able to fix it myself.

I’m not even sure this is a real company at this point.

I have had 4 appointments for them to come and fix our oven. Every time, they give a huge time window (8am–5pm), then spam you with texts from an AI bot constantly changing the arrival time and asking you over and over to confirm you’ll be there. They also call you on the morning of the appointment with an AI bot saying the technician will be there within the hour, only to never show up.

Instead, the time keeps getting pushed later and later through these messages, until eventually they cancel the appointment altogether with no apology, and automatically rebook you for the following week. This has now happened multiple times. This issue is still ongoing, and my oven has yet to be repaired despite multiple appointments.

Trying to contact a real person is extremely difficult. Everything is run through AI chat bots and AI bot phone systems that don’t give clear answers and just send you in circles. After a lot of digging, I managed to find a phone number through other people online dealing with the same issues, and finally spoke to someone. They tried to help, but again, today my appointment has been cancelled with no explanation and pushed another week out.

The only time someone actually showed up was on a day I had already said I was not available. His name was Mark. When I explained I had not booked for anyone to come that day, and asked how long it would take to look at the oven, his response was, “How old are you?” with a smirk. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

This whole experience has been a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I would strongly advise avoiding them if you value your time and peace.

Kevin showed up on time to fix my washing machine. He ordered the part, and it got to our house super fast. We were able to quickly set up another appointment to fix the washer. Kevin fixed it in under 30 minutes. Awesome and professional service!
