Great & Fast Service
Kevin showed up on time to fix my washing machine. He ordered the part, and it got to our house super fast. We were able to quickly set up another appointment to fix the washer. Kevin fixed it in under 30 minutes. Awesome and professional service!

Technician Great - Technology Horrible
The technician was great. The computer technology was HORRIBLE!
Our appointment was rescheduled four times. Once was understandable due to parts availability but the other three with no explanation??? And the new AI system is horrible. It gave one status (your appointment is scheduled for one day) that was different than the web site (your appointment is some other day). At one time the AI system told me the appointment was in the past! And it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a real person and get real assistance.

Sears Home Services Terrible company! You can never get a hold of human to talk to. Never use this company again. You write a review and they respond by apologizing and provide you with a 800 number that is useless and only allows you to chat with a bot. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The fact you cannot talk to anyone, my appointment is scheduled way in advance but I always seem to be the last stop of the day after the scheduled appointment time. So far four service appointments to fix the ice maker????

Worst experience i have ever had with this company. They didn't show up when they were scheduled to and then rescheduled without my confirmation of availability for the next day and still didn't show up on the schedule time. I will never use this company for anything again and will canceling my warranty as a result of the unprofessionalism.

I had a great experience with Raymond, the technician who came out to repair my washing machine. He was extremely polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he quickly identified the issue and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing, and he had the repair completed efficiently.
I really appreciated his positive attitude and the care he took while working in my home. It’s not always easy to find service like this, and he definitely exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this technician to anyone needing appliance repairs.

I would give Jose 10 stars if I could. But the Sears customer service is awful. I tried for a month to get to a human. I needed service and it was entered as maintenance. Then my appt was cancelled 4 times. So we were forced to propose dental and vet visits but you never came. Then Samatha A1 doesn’t understand your question so she makes up an answer that has nothing to do with what you need .when you call it asks , do you have a order number and then it automatically gives you a link. The customer service is horrible I tried to call the ceo of the company and again got routed to the online link. Words cannot express how horrible it has been
My acct was charged 100.00 on April 1st. Jose didn’t come until April 21. He said he never knew I had an appt
I did get a reply from someone at Sears about this review but they did not add their name and when I called the number they gave it was the same voice message that leads to them sending a link
