Secure Auto Shipping Reviews

Courteous helpful and on time

Moved from OH to AZ, had great help from Secure Auto Shipping. Questions answered right away, everything was as stated from price to pickup to delivery. I could not ask for any better service. I highly recommend this company.

Car was transported from CT to FL. Everything went fine until upon delivery of the vehicle I noticed the AWD light inside the car was on and wouldn't go off. I subsequently had to take the car to the Nissan dealership to see what the issue was. The dealer found a cable underneath the vehicle had been severed causing the light issue inside the vehicle. It cost me $200 for the repair. The dealer was fairly certain the car carrier caused the problem based on where the cable was and the fact everything was fine prior to the car being transported. Dimitri at Secure Auto said he would look into it and get back to me. It has been three weeks and I haven't heard a word so apparently my concerns and out of pocket costs to have the car repaired was not important enough. I am disappointed in the lack of follow up and for this reason I could not recommend this broker.

I was delighted with your service. From beginning to end you did an excellent job. Your price was very very fair. I recommend you highly . I would definitely use your company in the future. Thank you. Sincerely, M Neville.

My vehicle was delivered a day early which was an awesome deal, driver was great and delivered to me on a Sunday Father's Day

I trusted this company on handle in my car but my car was driven over 100 miles I am still not getting any answer why my car driven and the service was supposed to be door to door services.

Good rate, received my car in no time at all & no issues. I would recommend Secure Auto Shipping to anyone that needs their car delivered in a very acceptable time frame.

Very pleased with the entire buying and shipping experience. A little apprehensive at first, but totally unfounded. Good communication, business transaction, and prompt, efficient shipping.

I had been working with another transport company and they were not getting any results. I needed an enclosed trailer for my vehicle. I emailed Secure Auto and they responded quickly, I talked with Ross and explained what I needed and when. I received and call the next morning telling me they could pickup my car in 3-4 days and I would have it in a week. I couldn't have been happier with the transportation and the Driver was professional and kept me updated on the time frame he would be here.

Thay are good helper and fast services

Easy set up, but once a carrier was found it wasn't easy! So many excuses! We had issues with pick up times and lots of craziness for drop off as well. The owner's name is Francisco and his wife handles all the calls. I forgot her name because I deleted her number right away because we'll never do business with them again. They had another blowout and long story short, we drove to them 45 mins out to get our car. Rude and inconsiderate of customer's time! Needless to say we did get our car in one piece so I'm thankful for that.
