Secure Trust Bank PLC Reviews 

Having been an investor with Secure Trust Bank for the past 7 years I have found them to be very good with their products and keeping me up to date etc., However, other companies now offer better interest rates, but I would like to thank Kim the lady I spoke to for all the help she gave me in closing my investment.

The app was easy to use and every transaction was clear to see.

Straightforward to organise new savings account. Have since used the account which proved very easy using the app.

Assisted my mother opening an online Easy Access Account as recently advertised on Martin's Money. Went through the online application, all successful. Subsequently no email, no correspondence, no nothing. Absolutely nothing at all in the way of an acknowledgement. A week later literally nothing has happened, and there is no account. Quite incredible really. It's made me wonder if this is some scam outfit trying to harvest data. Anyway, you snooze you lose as they say. Now opened an alternative online account, which took all of about 10 minutes to open and fund. Secure Trust Bank - you really need to get your act together! Woeful.

their website is easy to negotiate and moneys can be moved quickly. however I was disappointed not to be advised when a similar savings account was offered with higher interest rate

Transferred funds into Secure Trust, it was put in the wrong account, frustrating interaction with customer services trying to get to the bottom of it. Irritating 'safeguarding' process too, try not to make any noise like counting your security word letters or they think someone is coercing you and ask invasive questions about who is in your house. I know its covering themselves but again its world gone mad. Written to CEO who hasn't responded yet ...mmm trust by name but maybe not by nature

Decent and relatively easy

It was an easy manoeuvre the website was easy to follow , I just answered the questions in front of me and it all happened.

Easy to set up a new savings account. Good rate with monthly interest option. Timely communications. Super experience

Nothing overly wrong with bank just a very poor app to navigate (keep needing to reboot) and they are not 24/7 customer service

I was able to open a new Instant Access account paying more interest than my existing Instant Access account and transfer the balance across online in about 5 mins. It's a shame that Secure Trust Bank didn't automatically amend the interest rate on my account without me having to go to the trouble of closing one and opening another. That would have made my experience 5 star.

As soon as I completed the Transfer in form for the Cash ISA and submitted it online they kept me informed of the transfer process by email.This meant I didn’t need to keep phoning to check on progress. Thank you
