ISA Transfer
So slow in transferring an ISA starting with forms sent at end of March. Had to chase them up. Said to send forms again. Still waiting for transfer.

I was locked out of my online account…
I was locked out of my online account despite using the id provided and a password recently set up by myself. I telephoned on a number of occasions to try to rectify this but was unable to get through. This led to the account not being funded and hence closed.
