The process overall was easy, efficient and stress free.

They were lucky to keep my Money,last time I re-invested.
It was only the interest rate and my laziness that kept me there- certainly not their communication!!
And now we have the same with my Mother, who wishes to transfer in a cash ISA.
The only response to her query is some vague remark about her current provider ,initiating the process??It is HTB who should initiate the transfer!!
What's wrong with this outfit??

I found HTB bank offered exactly what I wanted and very quick and easy to use.

I was not able to transfer money into the account, because my bank flagged it up as something fishy. I tried again and again, HTB asked me to talk to Lloyds, which I did, and Lloyds said the problem must be with HTB. So I gave up. My account is empty and should be closed.

I have saved with this bank for years with large amounts of funds until they mature and are then paid into your savings bank. My problem was I had reason to change banks a few days before a fund of £47260 matured. I provided HTB with all the material I could to this change and they would not release MY MONEY. Without a statement from new bank which I cannot get until late in the month. My money is like a prisoner of HTB and I am disgusted at my treatment. Communcation with all banks is really difficult and their customers are treated poorly and without whom would not exist. I feel realy let down by HTB , invisable people in invisible offices who dont give a damm about customers.

Extremely rude and dismissive customer services operative. They didn’t even ask for my account details but told me the transfer was taking place and funds were in a “holding account”. How would they know that?…..they didn’t know my account details at that point. When I asked her to check the amount involved, for reassurance, she came up with three different figures, all of them were incorrect, two were lower and one was about £3000 more. No reassurance there then. A very worrying and stressful experience.

Have an account with them and have been calling for past 3 days on the number thier websites list and no one has picked up in over 3 hours of waiting (and I'm caller number 1) 🤣. Customer service is a joke to deal with here. Can't access my money or account currently as no one wants to pick up calls !!!!!!

Edit 1: I've tried twice more since and after selecting option 1 I have been waiting for 1 hour and I'm still #1 in the queue. PICK UP THE PHONE OR HIRE PEOPLE TO PICK UP. The one time I got though to someone they said the system isn't working and they'll call me back. ITA BEEN 3 DAYS IS THE SYSTEM DEAD OR SOMETHING

Started with availability of a 5 year ISA at a competitive interest rate that I was interested in as rates were dropping.
Opening an account was straight forward.
Had 14 days to pay into the account and, after the initial investment was made, it was possible to pay additional funding into the account during the 14 day period from opening, up to the max amount allowed in the year for an ISA.
At each juncture, HTB quickly sent confirmation of my account being open, then again at my first investment and then again at my second investment confirming the total amount then held in my ISA.

It was easy to open the account, and was sent all my information throgh the post within days.
