You should be informing us via email…
You should be informing us via email when a new account with improved interest is released. When you want to cut existing interest rate, you do inform via email so why not for increase. Also can you provide mechanism to upgrade existing account to the new and better interest rate rather than opening another new account.

Straightfoward, hassle free + competitive.
I found the whole process of opening up an account online, straightforward and hassle free. The transfer was quick, and communicarions were excellent. I have saved with Secure Trust before, and the service then was great, but the competitive rate offered was an additional reason to go back to them.

Excellent app/technical services but the customer service operators come across as extremely cold and unhelpful (on the few occasions I’ve had to speak to a human). However, with additional training I’m sure this could be rectified

Efficient and Customer Friendly
The app is great; very easy to use. When my savings came to maturity, the communication about my choices and how it all worked were clear and there was advance notice. They money arrived in my account on precisely the day they said it would with no difficulty at all. They're just VERY efficient, and customer friendly. .
