At first my order was canceled
At first my order was canceled, then when I called to straighten it out, they mailed me a handle, I paid 170 for a handle. Now I have a customer that is not happy with me due to their experience. Not happy at all I will be sending back and not using this company ever again.

Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days. Lock went together very well, which I thought would be a bear to get together. Works great. Would recommend anyone needing a mortise lock for wrought iron door to purchase from your company. Thanks William Dodson.

The inner lock that won’t lock
The inner lock piece is amazing. As well as the handle is great. Only part that is bad which is the major part is that the key doesn’t work to lock or unlock. Tried several different things and nothing worked.

Pleasantly surprised
