When I wanted to return the item back I didn't get a good response so she sent me the video I had to pay 250 and $300 for the person is reset that door not to work and I called back copy after that by other issues with the door knob and a lot and then I get a respond back so for me I will probably never use y'all again

The lock is heavy duty and really well manufactured. It performs flawlessly and its very secure. It fit my door like a glove. The details were well explained on the website. I would highly recommend the lock to any homeowner who wants high quality security on their front security gate. I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Delivery time was great and it came right on time. Please please don't change the high quality manufacturing of the product.

Disappointed
I ordered the lock on Dec. 21. I paid for 2 day shipping because I needed the lock as soon as possible. There was no indication that the item was backordered. Nothing. I called customer service. They seemed to be confused why it wasn't shipped it. They told me that they would call me back. No follow up. I did get my lock on Jan. 3. I paid extra for shipping faster, yet it took longer.
