If I hadn’t had friends who know how to install, I would have been up the creek.

you charged my CC and you never shipped, I went to PayPal and got a refund. Your a typical hoser website, you have no stock, you wait for an order, then try to charge the buyer, use that money to go out and buy it somewhere else, this is illegal in many states? I'll never use you I will go out to hundreds I know in the Access control industry and tell them you guys are thieves,

Replacement lockset was received quickly. Installation took only a few minutes with no problems. Out of the box into the door housing with only a few adjustments needed. New lock works well. This replaced a lock that was installed in 1985. Keepup the good work on manufacturing a quality lockset.

Never again, Order Lock two weeks ago never even got an email for the receipt was very glad I took a screenshot or I would’ve been screwed. The lock was not even in stock. It’s still currently listed on your website for sale. After over two weeks of my Customer being very upset with no lock on her front door, I finally called yall to ask what the hell especially after paying extra for second day air. It took several phone calls to even find the damn order and then nobody got back to me again, so I had to call y’all back again and hunt y’all down again to find out that y’all won’t be shipping it to me. I’m on my own so I had to call y’all a third time to get the refund started God I hope that actually works.

The experience was great. The technician arrived in a timely fashion. He was extremely knowledgeable with the Mortise lock that we ordered for our security door. He was very friendly. He took the time to show us how to operate the new lock.

It doesn’t fit.. I have to fine some one that can fix this.. not what I thought I ordered.. it doesn’t even have a back plate

I filled out all the information, about the position of the gate, the hinges and how it opened. The item was extremely expensive, plus the additional expense of shipping. At check out, I was given the option of using Amazon Credit. Amazon is free shipping, so I searched the site and could not find the exact fit as I had filled out on Securitylocksupply site, so I placed the order. After the order shipped and the payment processed, I received an email, stating the lock I ordered was not available and that I would have to disassemble it to reset the insides. The lock arrived in an open box with hardware missing and obviously used. No install instructions. I wrote Securitylocksupply an email, mentioning this and asking for specific installation instructions. I received a rude email back from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The product is nice and can be ordered direct from Amazon.

No issues with the products. Excellent products. But there were two company web portals, different names, but same content and layouts. From both sites, I had to reenter shipping addresses, billing addresses and credit card information several times before it will accept payment. Perhaps it was due to my own mistakes. But everytime, it used my home address as a default. I never purchased anything from this company using my home address. I wonder how the payment app got my info. It worried me bit thinking I was being hacked.
