Good product, nice replacement for original. Only issue was the latch bolt was set up for inward swinging door & I had ordered one for outward swinging. Not a big deal to change but I shouldn’t have to do that - especially when SLS is so specific when you order their parts.

The product we received does NOT fit our lock. We will need to return it and hopefully you will have the correct one.

Excellent customer service. Lock came quickly. Professional, cordial and prompt company.

Although I have not yet installed the replacement locks, the service at Security Lock was excellent. They explained exactly which locks I needed to replace the worn out ones I have. They did this from pictures I sent them. They also explained how I could change the interior from a keyed lock to a lever for the deadbolt. I almost ordered the wrong kit that would not be an exact fit for our security doors. Their help and knowledge was excellent.

Everything eas fine except there was no email letting know when the package was shippen or may arrive. Found it on my front step. The lockset is fine it has not changed over the years,

I have been trying to call customer service about a recent order, and can not get anyone to answer. I have also replied to several messages that you have sent with no response.

They keep asking for a survey and I haven’t used the lock uet

Ordered locks on February 5th. Order was delivered in a different state. It is February 24th and I have yet to receive an update on my order. I have contacted customer service and received no update.

I still haven’t received my locks and the tracking info hasn’t been updated since 2/7. I called and left a message, received a call back and was told to wait a few weeks.

Very easy to install and arrived when expected. I'm very pleased with this order and I saved lots of money doing this my self instead of have a lock Smith doing it for me. Again I pay for expedited shipping and received my order as expected and the mesuments was on point for my door just make sure you answered the questions they ask you about the door and how you want your handle and lock positioned. I would recommend this company. Did not have to contact customer support because everything was on point and had no issues installing the lock and I have no locksmiths experience. That's how easy it is to install and have a feeling of great security. Thank you...

The locks arrived very quickly. They look beautiful and fit my door like they should. My only issue is I requested the keys be matching and they were not. Customer service was very nice and is sending me out new cylinders with matching keys. Otherwise it looks like a good solid lock. I definitely recommend, plus I prefer to buy from a small family owned business then a big box store. Hope this review is helpful.
