I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a secure box for keys. When I realized it was too small for my needs. I tried to do a return on the phone, and they said it would be fine. Just email a reply with my order confirmation, and wait 24 hours. To be told they don't accept returns on electronic devices. If I could give no stars I would.

We needed a door handle that is less common.The shipping was quick, and even though the standard shipping price was a little spendy, it still came out cheaper than we could find anywhere else.

I ordered the lock with the chrome finish, but I received the one with the brass finish.

And, on the confirmation emails, I couldn’t find instructions on how to start a return.

Two of my four locks were beginning to show signs of wear after some 30 years of service. Called on Monday to order replacements. Had product by Friday. Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.

Order arrived on time and was what I ordered.

There was a problem with the tracking of my order. Someone had neglected to send me acknowledgment that it had been shipped. When I called, I got a person right way, a very helpful woman who figured out the problem while I was on the phone. I had paid for expedited shipping. She said that if the order hadn't been shipped, they would refund that amount. No need. The order had been shipped and I received it that afternoon. This kind of customer service was one the norm. But so rare these days. I would pay a premium for such service.

The lock was delivered quicker than I expected. I have a very old door so I had to drill holes for the screws to the knob. The lock works perfectly. I am well pleased and would definitely recommend this lock to anyone.
