The aluminium bi-fold doors with integral blinds are excellent and the fitters, Nigel and Malc were very professional and made a great job of the installation.

All I wish to say is that the staff are helpful/friendly/not pushy.........Our new windows look v. nice & should keep the draughts out

When we ordered our windows, come the installation date, the wrong windows turned up, so installation did not go ahead. When windows and doors were installed, workmanship was really shoddy and various fitters were sent back to rectify the faults. Even the Sales Person that sold us the windows, got so fed up with the company and their inability to do anything properly, he left the company. Today, 22/11/2025, on unlocking the front door, on removing the key, the lock fell out and we were unable to lock the door and secure the house. I called SEHBAC and was assured someone would call me back and arrange to come and repair the lock. No one called back and the showroom is closed for the day, so we have no way of securing our house. Please don't waste your money on this sorry excuse of a window and door company. Their promises are just lip service and mean nothing

5 stars for the fitters Marc and Nigel. Both we very polite, clean workers and extremely helpful. They arrived promptly and worked without a break until the job was done.

Only 4 stars at present as a couple of the window panels have a small scratches on them. These things happen and, provided they are sorted in a timely matter, I will happily give 5 stars

Great aftercare service from Shaun at the customer service desk Ipswich. We had a number of problems that developed with our secondary glazing over time but Shaun was able to quickly and efficiently arrange repairs and to source replacement components for us. Very pleased with the service and end results.

Very pleased with the door and fittings. Installation was carried out at the arranged time, expertly done and all the debris cleared away by Gav T.

SEHBAC were efficient, capable, and friendly. My new rear porch is better than my wildest dreams.
It was built in just a few days and it was strange to see something that had just existed in my mind being built in reality.
It was very well designed, by a surveyor who took time to make plans we were happy with.
We had different contractors to do each step, digging out and filling foundations, constructing the porch which was made to our specifications, carpenters to install a fire door, etc etc.
The contractor kept everyone working hard and to time.
So, yes, we are delighted with our new rear porch, which we are using as an additional utility area.

Recently I had the privilege of dealing with SEH BAC. They put up a proper roof on my conservatory allowing me to have an additional room. From the planning stage right through to the completion, their workmanship was top quality. I took months checking the market but I am very grateful that I chose SEH BAC. Thank you to everyone who were involved especially to the 2 installers who worked in the pouring rain.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Daniel Goulding and Joel Smith installing our new conservatory roof. In the worst of weather they stayed until 9pm to ensure the roof was entirely watertight - so professional and thorough and we were so grateful to have them as our fitters.

Great customer service and fair price. They work with you to get you the best results. Recommended.

From sale to install it was an easy process. The install was done in one morning including fitting our catflap to the custom sized return we had.

Easy process from start to finish. Starting in the showroom experience to the installation.
Always keeping us informed and everyone was curtesy and arriving on time. Had a couple of little niggles that were sorted easily.

Excellent service from start to finish, engineer that came measured for new door was very professional, friendly explained to me every detail. The installation was Glen again a very nice gentleman, friendly, respected my property, cleaned up after him and explained leaving and entering the house secure locking.
