The sauna and material supplied were all top of the line delivery and some missing parts took a lot longer than expected

Working with Alex Holman at Select Sauna's was a pleasure in selecting our sauna. His expertise concerning the various construction, woods, heaters and accessories were exceptional. He was also upfront and honest explaining the entire process to include the wait time and delivery expectations. Select Saunas offers very fair and competitive prices, especially considering the quality of the products they offer. We chose a traditional sauna made by Almost Heaven and its name is most appropriate! Absolutely love it!

The quality is what we were expecting. The instructions and putting it together were easy do. Definitely recommend!

Took forever to get my order, then it was delivered to the wrong address. Did have good customer service though he offered to give me a refund but I don't think he ever did.

The experience was very good. The communication with the selects team was outstanding. The only frustrating part was the delivery schedule that kept getting disrupted understandably but still it was frustrating. As I stated before the communication regarding the shipping delays was outstanding.

The customer service is terrible. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone—they simply don't answer calls. I ordered two items; the tracking showed that both were supposed to arrive, but only one showed up.

The size of this 1-2 person elite is perfect for in-home use. Definitely a one person sauna, but more roomy than some of the “little box saunas” you see out there. Both myself and my teenage daughter are enjoying the infrared sauna with red light—me for better sleep and overall health and her for post-workout recovery and benefits! And—use your HSA dollars! Biggest challenge was putting the sauna together. Our two sides did not come together easily. But with my husbands help….we got the panels together. Also, I would highly recommend buying the backrest! We ended up ordering one later.

What made my experience great was Alex very easy to talk to really think I made a friend if he did not answer the phone when I called I did get a call back from him. Not somebody. I did not know. He was extremely knowledgeable. Of the product and also when we talked, he remembered what we talked about. Great guy whatever question I had he was able to answer.

Alex was great from the first e-encounter. I was reviewing many sauna sites; his warm demeanor and helpful advice persuaded me to go with Select. This was a good decision. The sauna itself (a Finnmark Trinity)was a great buy and came together easily. We love the Infrared and like that we can use the traditional if and when we want. And the red light therapy is a bonus. Then there is the surpassing customer service. He kept us up to date on the shipment. Then after it was together, we sent an email to consider creating a small stool to boost up onto the upper bench. Alex responded and it’s clear he took the idea seriously and might consider developing it in future models. Just the way he responded made us feel special.

Been a customer twice now—first for a full sauna, now for accessories. No complaints!

Settled on an almost heaven sauna. Made here in the states and looks great. Assembly video on their site was helpful.

I feel like I got a good deal both times I have ordered sauna accessories and the shipping was fast both times.

I’ve owed a traditional cedar woodfired hot tub previously and I am super happy I purchased with the select saunas. Having the insulated fiberglass tub and side fireplace, we were able to fill the tub and heated in approximately five hours in upstate New York, in the beginning of March, which I’m super impressed with. It was 20° last night. My previous woodfired hot tub took all day to fill and heat. Not to mention, This came with seats, a cover and steps, which all would’ve been additional had I gone the traditional route. Really happy with this purchase. My only recommendation would be, on delivery, which the website addresses; If you want assistance with placement, you definitely have to purchase, as our delivery driver dropped in the driveway and that was it… We did not purchase additional assistance, luckily we had helped the day of delivery.
