Excellent company with good products. Set clear delivery expectations from the start. The sauna pallet arrived well-packed and was carefully delivered by the Saia delivery agent. Construction was surprisingly easy with crystal clear instructions. I am more than happy to recommend the Almost Heaven Charleston barrel sauna from Select Saunas.

Just installed our new hot tub and took the first bath.
Was worried that not all the plastic/wood parts would seat tightly but this tub is of excellent quality, Customer support is the best I have EVER experienced! Quick and helpful answers both via email and phone.

Had our first session in our new sauna last night. A Dundalk Georgian cabin. Gets hot and steamy fast with the Huum Drop 9 kilowatt. We are deeply impressed by the quality and charm of this thing.

Sauna took a long time to come in but…
Sauna took a long time to come in but the company communicated an accurate timeline. Every time I asked a question, it was answered within 48hrs.
Sauna was packaged great for shipping. Set up was pretty easy and sauna works great. Would/will definetly reccomend.

We love our barrel sauna that we ordered from Select Saunas. Everyone I worked with there was prompt, friendly and helpful. The customer service was outstanding. And we just love the sauna. We’ve had it 9 months now and it has worked fantastically. Plus the price was much better than the competitors. We would definitely do business with them again.

Unsat delivery by TForce Freight
Unsat delivery by TForce Freight. Shipped 7/16 to SLC. Received in Casper, WY on 7/19. I contacted TForce customer service on 7/22 and they promised delivery on 7/26. This did not happen so I contacted the MSO terminal on 7/29 and they could not get it on the truck for my delivery area on 7/30. They promised the shipment to be delivered on 8/2. Contacted MSO terminal and they did not know why shipment was not placed on truck for delivery today. Since Tuesdays and Fridays are the only days Bigfork is scheduled for deliveries, I am now supposed to receive delivery Tuesday, 8/6. 3 failures to deliver--poor delivery service!

Unfortunately, the last-mile delivery companies in your area who deliver your sauna are Maxxus's choice and the days that freight companies will work depend on the company and locale. It's indeed frustrating that TForce are not able to keep their promises on your delivery date, especially since it affects both your experience and our reputation. There's only so much we can do, but with that said, I've reached out to TForce to try to make sure they deliver on 8/6 this time.
As we here at Select Saunas have provided everything we can in terms of dispatch and service, I do not believe it is fair to rate our service a 1-star – it does impact us quite a lot, and is especially frustrating due to TForce's mistakes. However, I do understand the frustration from your perspective, so I've reached out to discuss this with you and see if there's anything we can do to help additionally.

Select Saunas made our purchase of the SaunaLife Woodburning Hot Tub so simple, and they had the best price.
The ordering and shipping was flawless. When it arrived, we had it placed and running in a day. It was well packaged and set up was easy.
The tub heats quickly and stays warm without much effort. I love that the steps and cover are included. The molded interior is comfortable and easy to wipe clean.
I highly recommend this hot tub. We fill it with spring water and it is chemical free.

Need to choose different delivery provider
Select Saunas service was fine, but still don't have my sauna delivered. Your LTL delivery service (TForce in Syracuse, NY) still has it sitting in their warehouse and hasn't delivered it yet.
