Great Customer Service

It's been good to discover a company sourcing difficult to find used items at reasonable prices and willing to go the extra mile to try and resolve any problems. We received excellent customer service and would buy from SelfiMed again,

Excellent to deal with

Excellent to deal with. I had not ticked box for the vat free, although I had filled in the form. A quick phone call and was easily fixed afterwards. Well packaged, good comms and good delivery. Will use company again for sure!

Great efficient customer service

Great efficient customer service. Ordered a nebuliser that was delivered broken due to poor transit handling. Immediately a new one was sent without any hassle or having to return the item. Would highly recommend!!

Joke pricing

I wanted to buy an item from this site and with an introductory 10% discount and VAT discount the item price was £15. I continued with the order to find that the cost of shipping was either £49.99 or £69.99!!!
The item was a large flat board and the quoted cost is significantly more than it would actually cost to send by courier.

I am no longer inclined to buy this item because I feel the company are taking the mick. They should sell at the true value of the item and the true cost of shipping, not pricing it cheap then inflating with silly shipping costs. On the basis of this experience I would not consider buying from this company again.

I noticed your recent review and wanted to address some points directly. It seems you haven't placed an order with us yet but have already formed a judgment. We've been in this business for a while, and we understand the challenges of shipping heavy or bulky items within the UK. Services like Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, or FedEx often don't accept such items or charge exorbitantly for them. This leaves us with Proovia courier, which, while reliable, isn't cheap either.

If you have concerns about our pricing, Trustpilot isn't the ideal platform for such discussions. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns and find a solution together.

Instead of leaving a negative review, perhaps you could have considered self-collection to better understand the shipping costs involved.

We will be requesting Trustpilot to remove your review, as it does not reflect an actual transaction or experience with our services.

Selfimed were very helpful

Selfimed were very helpful, understanding and quick to respond. After ordering an item from them which unfortuanately after it was delivered, through no fault of Selfimed did not fit our requirements they were very quick to give a refund. The product was in good condition but just was not right for us but would definetely order from them again if they had a product we required

Kind and helpful staff

The staff member, Moses, was kind and immediately helpful in dealing with all aspects of my order. When sadly I experienced the loss of my pet (for which the order was intended) he again showed incredible compassion and understanding in finalising a refund. Thank you so much. Fully recommend.

Avoid- 2nd hand items are grossly filthy

Pump arrived in filthy condition full of someone’s skin and hair! Sadly zero customer service! ‘We will ensure items are sent out clean in future’ is not rectifying a problem, just a ‘Brush Off’. So, frankly will return as no confidence in product.
