I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Senarah.

I placed an order and also paid extra for shipping protection. After waiting two weeks without receiving anything, I contacted Senarah and was told by their team that my order had been lost. They offered me either another order, as the color I originally chose was no longer available, or a refund. I chose a refund.

Since then, they have completely stopped responding. I have sent multiple follow-up emails over more than a week and even sent a final notice giving them 48 hours to respond. I have received no reply, no refund confirmation, and no resolution.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Senarah themselves confirmed in writing that the parcel was lost, and I had paid extra for shipping protection.

I am now having to raise a payment dispute with my card issuer simply to recover my money for an order that Senarah admits was never delivered.

Very disappointing customer service and handling of a straightforward refund. I will update this review if the company resolves the issue and processes my refund.

Worst online company ever to deal with, genuinely feel scammed. It said on their website you can return with 14 days which is the cooling off period required by law in the EU, I contacted them the day I received and I said I don't feel this product is safe and they would not accept my return. They said their return policy only accepts returns for faulty products which it does not say on their website. I asked multiple times where I can see this policy on their website and they couldn't direct me to it because it doesn't exist. I was legally entitled to return as a member of the EU and they would not give me a return address. I reported them to the CPCC in Ireland.

I purchased the Senarah toddler carrier for my 2 yr old granddaughter and tried it out this weekend. The strap is easy to adjust and it was also easy to put her in the carrier. She seemed to like it but her curious little fingers immediately tried to unbuckle it. Luckily, there's a safety feature that will keep the strap secure even if the buckle releases. I have serious back issues and immediately noticed less strain on my back when using this carrier. I love it and highly recommend it to others!

This company took my money for a product they did not even send me. Absolutely no customer service, chased many times for contact and no one even bothers to respond. Scam company, do not give them your money!

The best carrier for our little Luna

I received my Senarah carrier sling today via EVRI and when I opened it, there was a massive rip/tear down one side of it. It was also delivered in a very flimsy yellow plastic bag and inside just a very cheap plastic ziplock bag which contained the carrier. You can see the fabric was completely frayed, unsafe to use and very poor quality. After waiting a week for the product and the price of it, it's very disappointing and have asked for a complete refund and have ordered one from another company instead. I'm hoping their customer service is better and will get this sorted asap.

I like it, easy to use, confortable. Doesn't take much space in my bag, vers practical for quick errands when I don't have the stroller.

Really happy about it.
I used it during a trip in Martinique and it was really easy to use it. Help my back a lot.

I like the fabric, feels soft and is great to place my son in a sitting position, I like that covers him well to be comfortable.

The buckle part is weak, like a lot, I purchased it because of the ads showing how easy it was to carry toddlers and I can tell you, unfortunately, that’s not the case for me. I have an 18mo and I’ve tried to use this carrier twice since I bought it and it just keeps getting loose (the strap). So like I barely walk 2mins and I have to keep pushing my son up and tighten the strap. Is flimsy, not great, if anything this might only be useful for small babies that don’t weight much.

Also be mindful the company is not from the UK contrary to believe. Everything ships from China. However, like I said, the quality of the fabric and how’s made is really good. Just a poor buckle/strap.

Slow delivery, had to chase it up after a near 2 week wait with no change in tracking information. Was told it was lost and was annoyed because nobody told me. I was offered another or a full refund. So I opted to get another sent out due the glowing promises of having this product would make carrying my 2 year old clingy toddler easier. And I have back issues so this product claiming to make your child feel weightless would help that massively. Received product quickly after chasing it up. Paid nearly £40 for this carrier including a shoulder pad insert which in itself cost £10! I could of made that myself for a fraction of the cost for what I received. Onto the main product which claims no more tiredness, no more pain from carrying them and makes your hands free. This is not the case, my child who is 13.5kg still feels heavy and now my shoulder where the strap sits now also feels the strain of his weight. And my arm including my hand which I usually need to support him I still require with the carrier as if I were to let go he would tip backwards. So definitely not hands free. My husband has also worn the product and has said it is not comfortable and also said our child does not feel secure. In all I feel a bit let down. Spending a lot of money on a product that would make my life easier and it does nothing. So now I have an expensive bit of fabric I can't use. 1 star I have given only because the customer service representative I spoke was friendly and made sure to get a new carrier shipped out. The product itself is a 0 out of 5 stars.

Nice material and useful when baby wants to be carried. The buckle sometimes loosens by itself which can be annoying, but generally a good product! Light and easy to transport

While shipping is often slower when a product comes from overseas, I am still happy with this purchase. I ordered one on Amazon and it was good but the wide shoulder has made all the difference. I appreciate that the material is thinner because my girl doesn’t get as hot in it. And there is a reinforcement band around the buckle which I love. Seems that the company would benefit from manufacturing not in china (for shipping reasons based on the several negative reviews) but as far as the product goes, I’d recommend! The only thing I’d change, I saw a similar product that had a draw string along the top of the “seat” so your baby’s back wouldn’t have as much slack. With how different each kid is, I think that would be a fantastic feature! But I’m still happy with mine!

At first I was unhappy with the shipping information because there wasn't an easy way to track it. I was concerned this was a scam. But I reached out to customer service and they responded promptly and were very friendly. The sling arrived as described and seems to be working well for my 2.5 year old. Thanks!

Amazing customer service. The product is good quality, comfortable to wear and very easy to use with a baby. My baby loves it for errands, saves so much time! Would definitely recommend to others

Bought it for my daughter who has a 10 month old. She likes it. Wished it came with instructions and made it adjustable so her daughter was in more snug. But overall is happy with it.
Also customer service was great. First one got lost in shipping. When notified them they sent out another right away and it arrived within a week.

I don’t think it’s as simple and sturdy. It’s now been added to the junk pile of useless products but perhaps I’m not using it properly but I’ll never know. It comes with no instructions.

It's very comfortable to wear! However if you can make it more easy to tighten it near the locks it will be great. But overall we love it!

Great, easy to use and lightweight: easy to move with. Helps a lot especially with school pick ups and drop offs.

I absolutely love this product! With other carriers, it can feel overwhelming when your baby starts crying and you’re stuck adjusting straps, by the time you’re ready, they’re already upset. With this one, you can have it on in seconds and calm them almost instantly.
It’s incredibly intuitive, comfortable, and easy to carry around. I always keep it in my bag or stroller so it’s within reach whenever I need it.
I travel often with my baby, and it’s been especially useful at the airport or for quick stops, it just makes everything simpler.
My baby is 6 months old, and the reinforced back support makes it feel very secure and comfortable. Because of his age, I still support him slightly, so I haven’t fully used it hands-free yet, but I can already tell it will be even more practical soon.
As a first-time mum, this is one of the few things I truly use all the time.
