I contacted the email address given by the website with an important and urgent security concern.
We are an existing customer and were being accused of spamming from one of our gateways by an admin staff, when our logs showed we were clearly not. The so called "admin" was requesting a "selfie" and identity documents, along with a bunch of highly personal information, so they could adjust their "spam filter" or else they would block our site and account. The request was made via the support ticketing system in the web console so it was not phishing.
I asked for gateway logs, no response. I asked for any other proof and was given a 4 line text file entitled "abuse.txt", which is highly suspicious with content so brief it meant nothing. It read "spam from gateway xxxxxxxxx First seen 2024-92-18 13:25:152 Last seen 2024-02-18 13:25:227.
Working in IT security I do not understand how my personal identity documents are going to impact any egress filtering system for a PAAS solution with 10 VMs and 5 gateways and 5 virtual networks. I asked them for additonal documentation and logs. That was days ago, still no response. I went to their facebook page and messaged them several times. Still no response.
We are now considering our options. This has all the halmarks of an internal attack on our services and the company has not respnded at all..

When I talked to them. They did not want to remove the blocking

service is awful
I attempted to add another network to my servers, but it got stuck in busy mode for around 12 hours. When I requested a refund, they provided an explanation involving IP and something unrelated to the issue. I strongly advise against using this site for your servers; it appears to be a scam, and the support is unsatisfactory.
