This company blocked all our servers at once, when we asked the reason, they said that we had sent a warning and you had not paid attention. We talked to them for several hours that we didn't notice the warning and asked them to give us the critical data we have on the servers, but their support only sent us a series of fixed sentences in response. They did not pay any attention to the fact that our business will face serious problems by losing this data.

They running a scaming company they block users account and do not refund their remaining balance

What I don't like and what I'm fed up with is the constant crashing! Their cpu power is a disgrace. Every 10 minutes my server crashed and my customers wrote constantly. I opened dozens of support requests. They asked for atop records in all of them. They said throw the atop record in txt. Then they started asking for the atop record in a different format.

They always looked like they were helping but they never did. Finally, they asked me if I was sure I needed help. I wrote in detail because I needed help.

It's a company with a very bad server and uncaring. Really the worst experience I have ever had. I switched to Contobo and had no problems at all.

Development can be different and it makes no sense to build a huge infrastructure for six months in order to build a prototype or a site on Wordpress. It is for this kind of task I chose Serverspace, which allows you to build a server (with all the Redis and stuff). For me the advantage is that I do not need to install git, composer, gulp, grunt, xdebug etc. on my local computer. Easy administration with a user-friendly control panel.
On the downside, of course, is the price. I talked to technical support for simple questions, the answers come quickly.

I’v been in development for more than three years. I used a lot of server rental services: Cisco Umbrella, Quad9 and many others. But they lacked the flexibility of configuration and usability. I found it all in Server space. This service is head and shoulders above the rest. And this is not an exaggeration at all. Dishonest charged credits for unused stuff: I had created a server with serverspace and the windows server has came with non-activated windows license. Apart of not immediate and prompt solution by the support, now they said its another party to solve it. while at the same time the credit is still charging me every day counts. They dotn have any livechat nor any method to solve major issue quick. i have sent 2 request. 1 request to solve the technical issue the other request to review the dishonest charged credits. So with that serverspace only choose to respond to technical and ignore the dishonest convenienced charge request...Until now its still not yet resolved for me but the credits has been topup and i dont see that if server space going to do something about it

Recently, i have tried out The service ServiceSpace, and i would like to describe my inpression. As a web-devoleper, i needed a seperated server. I was immediately offered two types of service: Vstackclould and VMwareclould. at the beginning, i didn't get it immediatly, therefor i decided to ask a question to service support, that explained me detailed and clearly. At the creating of server i dind't have any questions. Various choise of configuration, start with OC, ending with pre-installed soft. I was presented two variants of managment server: throug RDP and Web-Console. Web-Console is cool thing, but i prefered to choose rdp. A soft, which i needed, namely Visual studio(not lightweight soft), installed as quicker as worked. It was not difficult to deal with. In general, i liked it. There was nothing hard to reach that i could find, all was perfectly clear. Minor issues were solved by the support's help.

Having tested the service of a cloud provider, Serverspace is ready to highlight the first and most important fact that is necessary when a new user of any cloud service is working - a quick start and a fairly clear and user-friendly interface.

Everything is intuitive and you can even figure it out from scratch on your own, and even in case of any questions, you can contact support, which, unlike similar services, pleases with the speed of its answers with the speed of feedback.

Among the advantages I am ready to highlight:

1. All server characteristics are quickly and conveniently changed via the control panel.

2. The time of continuous operation of the server is 24/7, do not worry that at some point your server will disconnect and create trouble for you.

3. A test bonus for beginners who want to figure out whether this service is suitable for them and thus do not have to make any finances just to check. But after checking, I'm sure any newcomer will stay here for a long time.

4. Tariffs that are pleasant both in terms of price and set of functions, where everyone can find something for themselves.

But as in any service, I found some disadvantages:

Hi all! I decided to start using Serverspace hosting and I really liked it, but of course there are little things and I wanted to share about the pros and cons of the site and also express my gratitude to the developers!
So let's start with the positives:
The system works quickly, despite the small resources of the virtual server. System updates are installed within one minute of installing the Oracle Linux distribution template. This may have happened because I chose the server location - New Jersey.
By the way, I wrote about installing a system from an ISO image, and I was answered quickly, to the point of the question asked. They said that you can boot from the image of the finished virtual machine, the main thing is that the image is compatible with vCloud. That is, it is possible to upload an encrypted virtual machine, which is important for paranoid people like me.

The first thing that struck me was the cool design.

the third is the support center! I didn’t even think that they would answer me within 6-7 minutes, since other sites have to wait weeks.

Let's start with the pros:
A very user-friendly panel with a simple and pleasant design.
Simple registration that even entered into a stupor from the beginning.
When creating servers, there are many virtual templates, and just standard applications for creating sites have not been forgotten.
I had questions for those. support, and they responded within 10 minutes. Despite the fact that for many hosting, support is generally silent for days, or even weeks.
There is also a calculator for setting your tariff according to different parameters.
Of the minuses i want to note:
There are not many data centers.
The price range is larger than on other sites, although they give good speed. Planes, i think it is necessary to reduce.

Perfect cloud provider with fair prices. I have been using it for over a year. Servers work stable, a couple of times I couldn't log in to the control panel, but I was warned about this in advance, so everything is okay. The support team reply very quickly and in detail and a big thank you for that. I was glad that it is possible to create servers with preinstalled software. It would be nice to see more data centers, but not critical. In general, the service clearly stands out because of its pricing policy and quality of service.

Its pretty easy to create, delete and use servers, its reliable no issues so far, if you have any questions the support team is always open to help, i appreciate that

Serverspace has been a godsend in terms of cost (comparison direct to Azure and EWS). Server deployments are no more than a couple of clicks. Customer service team is very responsive to inquiries. Ease of use is incredible. The only gripe I have with the service is that renaming of VM's is currently non-existent, the only workaround is to delete and redeploy, other than that excellent.

Before I decided to use their servers to host our services, I checked out and tried many alternatives. Some time ago I found Serverspace at some offers comparer and I decided to give it a try and I'm really satisfied. There are no problems with servers which I met using servers from others. So at the moment, I think I will use Serverspace servers for my other projects and initiatives.

What I like about this company is the many options offered to us customers since I'm a Windows/Linux User and most of my needs rely on multi-OS systems. That's why I run 4 servers with ServerSpace. Their Windows Machines are as good as you can imagine, they offer all the alternatives I need, and I also run servers with CentOS. With Serverspace, I can cover all my needs for my business, and the best part is I also have different options on the payment side. They only charge me for the current use and not a whole monthly amount in advance, and I can cancel any server I ordered at any second. Also, their support tickets get answered right away. It's pretty good. What I think they could do better is improve their automatic system detecting payments with Ever. Every time I pay with Ever, I have to send a support ticket with transaction ID and all info about the payment to add funds. I get a reply the same day, but I'd rather not have to notify it. I'm very happy with this service, and I'll be using it for a long time.

I have been using Serverspace for a while, and it is the best experience I had so far, and I am very loyal to this service, the day I have signed up I never left it, I always enjoy the flexibility of the virtual machine resources, as picking how many CPUs or how many GIGs of ram or the bandwidth of the internet, is it so great, thank you for this amazing service.
