I've been using Serverspace's vStack platform for a few months now and I can't fault it enough. Latency is low, fast reboots and I've had zero downtime. If you want a quick setup time, SUPER easy to manage control panel, responsive support, and competitive pricing, I really can't recommend them enough.

This is one of the best VPS hosting out there. It's so easy to use and no unnecessary setup required. Totally recommended. 5/5 would continue using their service.

I have been using Serverspace for about 6 months now. System performance is good. I have never used a VPS before, so I need some help getting up and running. Support always answers back thru a support ticket, although you may have to wait up to 6 hours sometimes, the support is good. Their pricing has been great, and I plan to stay with the service.

Serverspace is one of the best VPS providers as it offers instant setup which is a great advantage for me. User interface is really easy to work with. In my opinion, Serverspace can be improved by using Cloudlet system to add more personalized plans for users.

We use Serverspace for hosting Windows VPS's for our clients. The control panel interface is extremely easy to use, the setup is always very fast, and the reliability and uptime of the servers have been perfect. The VPS's perform at an excellent speed and the price is perfect for our needs. The pre-payment bonus helps with the cost even further. We'll be using ServerSpace for as long as we're able to.

Been using Serverspace for a few months. I came from Amazon Web Services. The AWS over there is too complex. Serverspace is simple to understand and very easy to adjust server resources. The knowledge base was very helpful in figuring out how to use your install of Centos. I had my two servers up and running in under an hour and everything transferred over. I had to contact support once in the time I been with Server Space. For some reason, my server was rebooted. The support staff was very helpful in finding out what was going on. Things have been trouble-free since.

Serverspace control panel User Interface is very easy to use. The ability to adjust server configuration like CPU, RAM, and HardDisk is also a welcomed idea. The ability to create a new server at will is also a great feature. On many occasions, when I needed a lower HDD, I just simply create one with ease. However, there is one area that needs improvement. I find it difficult to reduce hard disk size and RAM size after server creation, but it allows you to only increase HDD and RAM. Due to this, if I need a lower configuration, the only option I have is to delete the server and create a new one. If this can be corrected, it will be well appreciated.

I was looking for an affordable, yet powerful VPS service with Windows Server availability for my own private use. Compared to other providers, Serverspace offered the best price to quality ratio and in the last 8-9 months I haven't encountered a single problem with your service. Easy to use and create servers even for dummies in the field like me. The refill method is a little bit troublesome and you need to plan ahead for 1 day to have your money available in time, but after the first refill, the promised payment becomes available and can give you about a 7-day boost if you forgot to refill in time.

ServerSpace VMs are terrible, they are limiting my CPU usage to 25% even when I pay for the full 8 cores for my virtual machines.
Nothing is mentioned that they limit my performance. I noticed it after my services became slow, and I noticed I was being billed the same for when I was using in fact the whole performance of the virtual machine.

Support say that they can cap CPU if "Threatens the proper operation of the equipment" and "That is, it was a limitation on our part. The load graph shows the percentage of allocated power for the virtual machine from the maximum processor performance." Seems to me that they are over booking and in fact don't have enough resources for what they sell.

Illegal actions taken by this service
After I purchased a server with my Visa Prepaid Card (released legally by Salad.com) they imediatlly terminated my account (just like other 4 ones) for no reason
When asked the Support what happened, they asked me for ID, selfie and more than that a picture with the creditcard used for that. Which is illegal considering they are not any authorities nor betting website or any government institution.

Later on I asked for e refund only, because I was not going to provide them my personal information and their answer was that they can't refund my money unless I provide them my ID , selfie, and the credit card

Do I have to mention that my balance from their website is still decreasing (so they are still taking my money) even if my server is blocked?

The uptime and the speed of the service are fantastic. The quality of support is second to none. Every time I need help, I get a very personalized answer and they always go the extra mile to solve my problem. I have tried many competitors in the past but none of them come close to the quality of service I am getting in Serverspace.

Perfect, I really recommend it to everyone. The prices are cheap. Hosting is relatively quick, easy-to-use managing panel Been using the service for a month, and I like the "Discounts, deals, sales" they are providing!

However, what you could improve (especially for my case) is that they please in the future your server updates, should they be necessary ONLY AM WEEKEND make! This should be possible and feasible. I like Serverspace! The relation between the purchase price and the performance is perfect. I like dealing with you because of the cheap prices and high performance. Also, the support team is fast, I always get my tickets resolved as fast as possible. The deployment of services is also fast. In general, I do have a good experience and would like to build a long term relationship.

The thing I like most about the vStack server I rent is a feature I didn't even know before I started using the system. It is incredibly easy to change the power of the system. Normally my server uses very little resources, but when I'm developing, the resources quadruple. Within a minute I have a new configuration with an extra CPU and the double amount of ram, so I can avoid memory swapping to the disk. When ready simply turn back the dial and save some money. Another nice thing is the balance to time calculation. The one thing I don't like is that if I go back to a previous snapshot the newer snapshots are deleted. That hurts... The very first thing I noticed in Serverspace is the smoothness of system operation and fast support response. You can forget if you once raised a ticket to the support team and they will take care rest of your request. Also, I would like to highlight the estimated usage cost calculation part that helped me to manage resources effectively. I felt like I got the freedom to control my resources completely. If I have to say one thing to improve here, is to add the technical possibility to connect vStack and VMware cloud networks directly. It will add flexibility to make tests for some cases. Also, it would be helpful for newbie customers to have WordPress ready images like binami...etc. I would say Serverspace is one of the best service providers in the field. I tried many cloud server providers like AWS, Azure, Google cloud and more but they didn't satisfy my needs but when I tried Serverspace I was shocked because of their server prices, for a startup that will be the best option, I saw that the price is low but the service is best as expensive, I am fully satisfied with this. I recommend Serverspace for startups once a time you see, a cybercriminal attacked my server in serverspace but... the company has reported me on time, so I saved my server from further attacks, Serverspace saved a lot of time and money.

Serverspace is working for me flawlessly, apart from 1 unexpected reboot all of my servers are working without any hassle or problems at all. The service is great, the dashboard is easy to use and understand. I really like the feature which shows how long my balance will last with the current usage and I like that I receive an e-mail notification if my balance is getting low. Keep up the good work!
