Service Direct Market Place is a good tool for leads.
Service Direct Market Place is a good tool, but I can't wait until they are great. I feel that the tool is not there yet, because some leads that should not be billable, are and that is not beneficial to either party. Moreover, I wish there was a way to set a minimum total for the leads that call in. Another thing they can work on is the quality of the calls because sometimes the lead cannot hear when we answer the call. I'm sure there are other things that I have noted, however those are the ones that stick out the most.

Really love how Service Direct, stands by their word when it comes to bogus calls. I left thumbtack due to the high charges for bogus call. I’m very impressed with the service.

They are scammer 100%
They are scammer 100% - they do the reviews - if you get a call and no one on the other ends says a words - you get charged for the call, it literally just happened
You go to bathroom and don’t take the phone - you get a 2 minute message saying nothing - you get charged.
If your phone rings you are paying this terrible people with no customer service and no customer retention initiatives at all. They said we are leaving your limit at $300 - than took $570 out of my account -
Use eLocal or Goodzer
DO NOT USE THESE TERRIBLE TERRBLE PEOPLE.
They will only rip you off - because that’s who they are

These guys are scam artists
These guys are scam artists. They send garbage leads then refuse to refund your money. They like to send leads outside your service area take your money then tell you to pound sand.

Service direct made things clear and simple. Especially as a business owner who started off in the pre internet yrs. Mainly relying on high priced advertising and word of mouth methods of getting potential customers.

Not receiving quality leads
I have received 5 leads so far. Three of them were from a customers looking for a different company. They wanted an update on their repair. Two leads were refunded, the other is still under review. Also, one lead was for a service I don not offer. I submitted it for review. On the dispute I even stated the minute I mention to the customer that we do not offer that service but my dispute was declined and I was charged $45. I refrained from giving 1 star because 1 lead out of 5 was ok. Probably, I'll have to cancel my subscription.

Satisfied
So far having service direct as an advertising company has been a great investment. Not only do i land money paying jobs 90% of time customer service is always there trying to help me with any and all issues related to there service. The only thing I don't care for so much is the price but it's not big enough of an issue for them to lost a star. So my review is gunna be 5 stars. I'll update review in 6 months and see where we are at.👍

Screening process needs to improve
Some calls I feel that they are not screened very well. I had an estimate on a very young couple that did not have any money and no one to ask for help. They credit was very bad and was declined from financing from 3 companies. Other than that it has been great and happy I chose Service Direct
