I wish I could give no stars. The leads are shared with other lead services like angi. The leads are not exclusive as they claim. Total scam buyer beware.

Zach, we are so sorry to hear about your negative experience. We actually only send exclusive leads to our customers. We do recognize that purchasing exclusive leads sometimes comes with a higher price tag and come in less frequently than shared leads, but they offer our customers a chance to win jobs without competing against others for the job.

They will try to bill you for a call for a service that you did not sign up for. I am a WATER restoration company and are trying to bill me $900 for a small maybe $250 drywall repair

They are generally not worth the…
They are generally not worth the investment.
Their phone leads are overpriced. Example.
We got 3 leads after 4pm. Cost $120
All wanted same day emergency service. First 2 didn't think a service fee was fair which means.
The 3rd took nearly 46 seconds to make it thru their system before it registered on our inbound call list. Which was when the customer hung up and looked like an abandoned call which we did call back but the customer had already gotten someone.
Same day still they sent thru several internet leads. We emailed and called allow them asap. Either phone #'s were bad or no one ever answer and we called several times. As for email addresses we also answered request and no one ever replied.
They do not believe in mutual success so don't waste your $. Just add a larger budget to Google or any other form of advertising that already works for you.

Total garbage service
Total garbage service. lead quality is very poor. Absolutely inflexible about contesting the garbage they send. They sent me a lead for fire damage, but it was water damage and charged me anyway.

This company is a sham!
This company is a sham! They overprice and charge for leads. I only got one lead and it was crap. I never heard my phone ring and then got a text message that said that I had to lead. The call was from out of state and they still charged me for it. They also have a horrible customer service and don't have any live human beings to help support their customers. Which is a huge sign of a sham. I would never recommend this company to anyone

We hear your concerns and think it's important to point out that our business functions entirely off the concept that all routed phone calls are answered during the time preset by our customers. If those calls are not billable we then work with our customers to address that dispute with our QA and customer service team with one of our 10 dedicated team members.
However, we are aware that that has not always been clear over our time in business. Since March of this year we have launched our online onboarding platform which we feel helps address this part of our business plan more clearly.
