not dispatched as stated
Whereas the blind was produced quickly it then showed up as dispatched to carrier. Carrier did not have the blind for a further 5 days - basically the statement it had been dispatched to carrier was untrue.

I’d give you zero if that was an option. Still haven’t received my blind! Communication has been minimal and incorrect and still hasn’t resulted in me receiving my goods.

Too short cord
Even though it’s 160 cm long vertically, the cord for lowering the sunshade is far too short, which makes it very difficult to use.
