My friend purchased three bottles of Keto Gummies which were supposed to (somehow) magically help her lose weight. My friend purchased them on the basis of a fraudulent misrepresentation, namely that Adele endorsed them for weight loss. This is a lie, as Adele is on record as saying she doesn't endorse any weight loss products.
She actually received a different product - Keto BHB Dietary Weight Loss capsules. These just contain, Calcium, Potassium and Sodium, so are just a cheap supplement.
I've complained by email but to no avail (I doubt they even check their emails). I've tried 'chat' but there is no response.
This firm is a complete FRAUD and should be shut down. My friend is now down £99.90 - a lesson learnt the hard way.
I will complain to Trading standards and her cretit card company, but nothing will happen.
MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, THE COMPANY DID MAKE A FULL REFUND TO THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

Purchased 3 Bottles of the Proper Keto, which by the way doesn't have anything to do with Actress Helen Mirren nor Dr Hillary Jones. I have taken all 3 Bottles as prescribed and only this I've lost is £99!!!!
They have just contacted me to say they will be charging me another £99 for a refill. So, I contacted them to cancel the refill and asked for my refund.
I was reliably informed, that, Yes, they have cancelled my order and won't be charged, but if I want a refund on their "Money Back Guarantee" I have to return the "unopened" bottles at my cost!!!!! I am a pensioner, and that that was a lot of money for me to pay out.
TOTAL SCAM!! THIEVES IS WHAT THEY ARE,

Ordered diabetes tablets for my mum, should have cost £90 they actually took £200 and item never arrived. Total scam avoid at all cost

I had a terrible experience with Shine Products and want to warn others to stay far away. This company is a complete scam. They overcharge by sneakily adding additional items to your order that you never asked for. When I tried to contact customer service, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the unauthorized charges.

It’s clear they operate with shady practices just to squeeze more money out of customers. Don’t fall for their flashy website or marketing – it’s not worth the headache or the extra charges. I will never be using Shine Products again and strongly recommend you avoid them too!

My daughter ordered one lot of Ketone tabs on the 8th Feb. Shine Wellness took 99 pound from her account. They have still not arrived and after reading the reviews I doubt they ever will. Advertised on Facebook. Disgusting behaviour taking money from one parent family.

Bad news all round. The advert showed each bottle containing 60 capsules and when they eventually arrived the bottles only contained 30 capsules each which took some 5 weeks to arrive. Not only that, the advert stated buy 3 bottles and get 2 free, but I was charged for all 5 at full price for half the quantity. In addition when they did eventually come into the UK from Germany I got a demand of £48.53 for import duties. Rest assured I will be demanding my money back

Terrible company to deal with you don't get your you expect from them I have still not had my order and weeks have gone by,don't use them

I ordered my medication and they promised delivery in less than 2 weeks.they gave me a tracking number.after a month no deliveries and tried to track.contacted the courier DHL and they couldnt give satisfactory answer.they referred me back to the merchant. ,after some so many enquiries Shine wellness said they would replace and re make my order. No explanation was given as to what happened to the first order.they made another shipment and after close to a month I made a follow up again and they had to tell me that order from USA takes long. This was the first time they were telling me the order was from overseas yet when we were doing the transaction they seemed to be doing it from local and london based.As if that not enough,I receved a note from my local courier parcel force asking me to pay import duty and clearance fees for a parcel from Germany which was in their possession. I was confused and quarried that I ddnt have any parcel which required any import duty let alone from Germany.but after some much consideration I decided to go to the depot .after paying duty amounting to £48 I discovered that it was my orderl from Shine wrllness. I was dissapointed by that kind of trickery and daylight robbery.

Be aware it’s a scam they send you completely different tables!!! I told them to cancel the refill but took no notice and took more money from my credit card

CANCELLED ORDER WITHING ONE MINUTE OF CLICKING CREDIT CARD AS I NOTIOCED THE FINAL PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THAN OFFERED BUY 3 GET 2 FREE THEY CHARGED 5 AT THE LOWER PRICE IMMEDIATELY TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THEY SAID I WAS COVERED BY THE 60 RETURN POLICY REFUSED AND SAID NO WOULD NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY BUY WOULD TALK TO TRADING STANDARDS AND MY BANK IN MORNING.. THE PERSON AT OTHER END SAID SHE WOULD TALK TO SUPERVISOR ...THEN CAME BACK SAY IF I RETUNN THEY HAE NOTED FILE AND THEY WOUL REFUND MONIES .....I DID NOT ACCEPT BUY YJEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WHICH I WILL RAISE FALSE CHARGE TOMORROW

Awful. Will not honour the 60 say money back guarantee and have stopped responding. Poor customer service.

As the other reviews DO NOT buy these,they are fake tablets and will do nothing. What arrives is not what advertised. I did not sign up for repeat orders yet have tried again to take payment from my account, luckily I paid on credit card so they were not able to take payment. I have contacted them and they don't care, just closed my conversation. Scammers and I have already reported them for fraud

like someone else I ordered, and after a few weeks was told I would get a repeat order, even though I had not received the first order. Fortunately they cancelled the repeat order and I received my original order of 2 bottles. After finishing the gummies, which were mainly sugar, I requested a refund, as they did not work. They then said they only offer refunds on unopened bottles - how ridiculous.

Be very mindful they will just take money off your account willy nilly.

I asked that it be cancelled I got several questions to turned me off.

Placed order for 1 bottle keto on
5th October but cancelledit on 7th after receivingconfirmation for 3 bottles at cost of £99.90
Received some emails confirming canceled and would not be charged and others saying already despatched.
they arrived on 15th October but showed despatch date of 10th so could have easily been cancelled by this company on 7th. Meanwhile I lodged a complaint with Visa and they put a hold on the payment. However it's now going to cost me to return goods! Totally agree with other reviews re probable automated responses as each email appeared to be off script. Would advise anyone to stay clear of the excuse of a company

Manhood plus pills.Weeks to deliver and just junk.Totally Fake ,just sugar pills. The real pill contain lots of herbal ingredients. The main ingredients in this copy are cane sugar, corn syrup,Tapioca syrup. My advice is to try to get your money back or put them in the bin unless you are aiming at getting Diabetics
20/10 Trustpilot said Reviews for this company can no longer be left, as their website has been closed but I have just been there and it is still open. I have just realised that like other people they have been taking monthly payments from me without my permission. Fuming
I have reported this firm to trading standards

Do not even entertain this bogus product as it is a umbrella company that uses your order money to finance other illegal companies while using your money. And some as ask for to refund they will offer compensation of £33 ,just so to keep hold and use of your money even for another week.This Fraudulent company is world wide with 100s of thousands of so called customers, so that's a huge of amount of money available to Scamers. The full refund money paid back to you is from a totally different company so soon as back in account block it.Even thou it's via USA it's actually thru India and China.
