Product believed to be fake .lt didnt come with instructions on how to use and was different quantity to that advertised and didn't work.

What a CON.....Ordered 1 Bottle of 33 Manhood Gummies to try out....@ £33.00 per bottle.
The ordering process by default changed my order to 3 Bottles and i was duly charged £99.00 for what i can only describe as sugars coated nonsense ??? Only because ive taken 33 of them so far and have felt no further health benefits as advertised by Shine_Wellness !!!.... The only thing i can add is that these "GUMMIES" From a medical point of view is that they have managed to raise my Blood pressure some what and pushed my anger levels up !! Now in the knowledge that these people "SHINE-WELLNESS are willing to rip good honest people off ? YES I DID SAY "RIP OFF" because thats what there doing..... p.s The DOG loves em !!!!!

Lies, lies as big as Everest. I placed the order on August 26th and until today, October 12th, I have not received anything. On October 8, I am notified that at my request I will be loaded with the second installment of the supplement.
This company takes advantage of people's needs and shamelessly steals from them.

My single order in August 2024 never arrived, then after 5 weeks I received an email telling me I had signed up for refills, in March 2022!!! Hadn't even heard of them until August 2024! I emailed back cancelling everything , I then received an email confirming everything is cancelled. Good result but I think they probably rely on people not bothering to complain.

I had exactly the same experience as a previous reviewer. Do not order from this company. They will scam you. I ordered one bottle to try out and the website settings changed my order to 3 bottles. I was charged £99.00. My order has not arrived. This company should not be trading. Order number SURB5DD6 . Ordered 28th August 2024. Email today 8th October 2024- saying my order has been reshipped - A new tracking number will be received within 10 business days. I do not trust this company and have lost interest in their product. It raises questions about the goods they are selling. Strongly advise do not order from this company. Will investigate if trading standards can do anything.

They are absolute SCAMMERS. Ordered ONE bottle but saw it defaults to an order of THREE bottles….

It’s three MONTHS now and they haven’t even delivered…!!

I ordered some slimming pills and they charged £99.99. I thought they were 33. So immediately cancelled order and asked for a refund. However,the pills arrived in about 10 days. They sent me 1 pot for £33. I have sent numerous email, saying I cancelled, and they were delivered when I wasn’t here. The courier said they would go missing ,as 2 couriers in uk handled packet. I can only post them back to USA AS THATS the address I was given. But it’s definitely a Scam . I would not recommend them. Not worth the effort I have had to go to

This is an absolute con do not order anything from them . They lie to you and just send standard email response to string you along , they don’t even deserve one star but you have to tap on it to start the review.
BEWARE THIS IS A FRAUDULENT SITE

Ordered one lot on August 21st, never heard a thing except B/S. Haven't received anything. It wasn't until last night after the payment was accepted & the email receipt was exactly the same. So, how is the advert allowed to continue being shown with so many disgruntled customers? So, I don't hold out for a happy result, straight to the bank tomorrow. Chasing these blatant fraudsters.

This company is a total con . I ordered months ago and got nothing, when I got in touch with them they told me that my order would be re dispatched but never was . They also use influencers on social media to say how good there product is , this is all lies They are hacking there sites
I have asked for a full refund and they have told me I will have it in 3 to 5 working days, if I get it I will come back here and let you know.
You can only contact them through their website on live chat .

Awful company, no communication, took money no goods received.

I would like to apologize to Shine-Wellness for my earlier negative review.

My bank account has now been refunded for goods not delivered.

For those with ongoing problems, may I suggest you go to Shie-Wellness website and use the live chat box. Mine was all sorted in a couple of hours.

There a scam not sure why they take money for an order then never send it and give your cash back. Who knows what is going on but obviously not a trustworthy or real company

Absolute con artist!? Just like every other review that’s been wrote here by other people.. the same happened to me. I’ve send numerous emails requesting my money back and a return label to send there product back to them, not one reply! They just ignore you. I contacted my bank and they dont care either!!!

Do not buy from this company. They lure you in by branding these "gummies" as the real deal Proper Keto from the Dragon's Den programme with celebrity endorsements, when they are, in fact fake. They offer "the most popular choice" as a price point of £33.30, next to a picture of three bottles, without making clear that this is a single item price, and you don't find out until after payment is taken that you've actually paid £99.90. Convenient isn't it as this means can't rely on Section 75 to recover the money as it's just under the £100 spend required. Nowhere in the ordering process did I see the name Shine Wellness and they use yet another name "Healthworld Shop" on the credit card statement, nor do they disclose they are based in the USA, because of course, that would make people realise that they could only be selling counterfeit goods. The live chat link did not work, and when I replied to the email on the order confirmation challenging their MO, and rejecting the contract for misinformation and mis-description and stating I wanted to cancel and receive a full refund, they offered me 50% off. I rejected this. I also asked about potential duty and clearance costs highlighted by other reviewers, despite them stating free shipping and insurance, and they said to send them the receipt and they would cover it. Yeah really? I have initiated chargeback procedures with my credit card, and blocked the card, so there are no other nasty surprises. Who knows if they would reappear as a subscription service in another month? There is no doubt they are liars and scammers - do not have anything to do with them!

My review could also have been written by Angela. I thought I’d get these for my son. Thought I was going to receive a genuine product as seen on Dragons Den and endorsed by Dawn French. They won’t refund me and say it’s in transit. How can it be in transit with both DHL and Evri. I will be contacting my bank to get chargeback on my credit card and ensure no more payments are collected. Gutted I was conned as used to work for a bank. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Made a purchase of 3x bottles @£99.90
Email confirmation stated tracking would be forwarded within 48 hours nothing arrived so contacted via chat and was told to wait for up to 10 days before getting back to them for tracking,18 days later I read all the bad reviews so contacted them via chat for a refund and received an email confirmation straight away and money was received within three days as promised. so i thought I would put it out there that all was good for me in the end hence the⭐⭐⭐ all I can suggest is make payments with a credit card for peace of mind with any purchases online

I wrote a review a few days ago and after reading a previous review on here about reporting the company to the fraud team I did the same, I told them I would take it further until I brought them to justice for their scam.
I am pleased to say I got my £99.90 back today, please do not buy like previous reviews this company is in the USA complete scammers, disgusting taking money from innocent hard working people, please report them if you are one of the unlucky ones they have taken money from

I only wish I had checked more before placing an order!! Like all the other reviews I have read this is definitely a scam company!! Feel such a fool.

My review is exactly the same as Angela's!
I too was scammed into thinking I was placing an order for 1 item at £33 when in fact I was ordering 3 items totalling over £99! I Too tried to change or cancel my order without success. I was quoted £68 for 1 bottle! There is no guarantee that these tablets will work for me, Iit made more sense to order a small amount first. I hope they work. but I will definately be reviewing again
