Placed an order. After three weeks nothing arrived, despite chasing it, turned out that the order had been lost. I could have had the order re-placed but after reading reviews, I asked for a refund and after three days I received the money back into my account. By the look of the experiences of others, I count myself fortunate.

As per the previous reviews but when I looked at my confirmation it said gummies so I went on their chat site..
Oh this was good as I asked if this was the Isabelle Thorpe product as seen on dragons den?

I asked this as it was advertised with the article of the above.
I got back we are not in association with the celebrities of dragons den.
Once again I stated that's not what I asked and repeated myself. Came back with same comment more or less of which I responded that this was more or less a trade description discrepancy. Putting their advert for the product with this article was basically piggybacking off the accredited dragons den. I asked them to refund me my money and to keep the product! It was already on route but I did have 60 days to return UNOPENED products if dissatisfied!! Hello how do you know if it works or not if not opened. Loophole for anyone buying as it means they won't refund if it doesn't work. During this chat it was confirmed I was receiving the capsules. I explained that I thought it quite deceitful to play with people who wanted to lose weight by making out they were associated with dragons den and I would be returning it and reporting them to the advertising ombudsman.
I then was told they would refund me 50% and to keep the product. Apparently they have done this and I will wait and see. I also asked if they were in the UK they didn't confirm if they were or not! How many people will not be able to afford returning if they are dissatisfied everybody should report this company

Decided to make a purchase..
It said card payment Declined...
So used another card..
Payment accepted...
Then realised the first payment they claimed had been Declined..
They had actually Lied and taken the payment..
So they have taken 2 payments....
And now ignoring my messages and emails regarding my products..
And it's apparent there's alot of customers writing reviews that they have paid for products and never received anything...

Company pretending to be selling the proper keto capsules as seen on dragons den. The product you receive is a gummies not capsules paid £99.80 for 3 bottles of I do not know what as they went straight in the bin. Found out it was a fake site and I contacted them telling them to cancel the order as I knew they was selling fake products they told me the pending transaction was cancelled the next day they took the payment I immediately contacted my bank only to find they had me down for monthly payments so cancelled my bank cards god I would love to meet these people face to face. PURE SCUM

It’s a zero from me. This is a scam site so don’t get fooled. They sucker you in by saying they’re endorsed by Dragons Den and Dawn French - total lies and shame on them. I hope they get their just desserts asap. Don’t know how I didn’t read the reviews but we all make mistakes. Remember if it sounds too good to be true then it is.
Lost my money. Silence from the scammers after initial order email. Despite feeling foolish the more people who report this scam site the sooner we can close them down from stealing hard working people’s money.

Scam artist. Their customer service are NOT helpful in any way. Obstructive in even way possible. If I could give them NO stars I would have.

Please please do not risk your hard earned cash with this company. They are just criminals. Stole hundreds of pounds from my mum. Please be warned!!

TOTAL RIP OFF AND PRODUCT IS CRAP

I have been chasing my refund since April never ever received the goods and they have no proof of delivery.

This is a total scam - they took £199.95 from my account - I rang them to say I didn’t want to pay that kind of money - I had only wanted one bottle - not £199.95 and I needed a refund - they said they would refund the money once I sent back the products - 4 months later - still no products and no reply to emails or original phone number - Do NOT be conned like I was - I am angry and upset that they can get away with this - Do NOT use this company - they have fraudulently used Dragon’s den photos and another company’s pictures - and then they disappear. I explained I didn’t have £199.95 spare - I only wanted £49.95 worth of products but they do NOT care - this is terrible for me as I am struggling financially - Do NOT ever use this company - IMMORAL- FRAUDULENT and NASTY - they don’t care how much money they take from you.

This is frightening. I too have been scammed. I paid £159.80 for 4 bottles, plus another £139.65 was taken from my account. I have leukaemia and my consultant told me to bin the tablets as unsafe. I hope the scam is stopped before more people are taken in.

I was ordering a different product and this company came in on the back of it. I thought I was ordering something for £39.00 but it came up as 173 pounds. I did not press confirm but the order went through. I contacted the company and they said it could not be canceled until I returned the product. I said that it had not been dispatched but they said it is in the process and could not be cancelled. A few days later I had a letter from customs to pay over 80.00 duty. I refused to accept the package. I contacted the chat line again and they were very rude. Long story short. This is five months later and I still have not received my refund of a product not received. Even after hours of VIP chat. Even the bank are having problems. Don't touch this company at all

It's annoying that you have to tick on one star to leave a review because if anyone deserved 0 rating, this company does. Like other reviewers on here, I was conned into thinking that I was getting 1 bottle of People's Keto Gummies. I ended up with 4 and payed just short of £160. 24 hours after placing my order, the TV celebrity whose social media account was hacked to front this product, gave an interview to a national daily newspaper to disassociate herself from the product/company. She stated categorically that her weight loss had absolutely nothing to do with the product and warned people not to fall for the SCAM. She reierated this on a lunchtime chat show on ITV. Again, similar to other reviewers on here, I have attempted to get a refund, but have been told I need to post them back to Arizona USA, using a tracking system and that the cost of shipment to me would be deducted from any refund. I contacted my card company, MASTERCARD, and cancelled my card as i have read that some companies use your details to send unsolicited goods using your card details. So even if i did manage to get any money back from this company, there is no account in which to deposit it and there is no way on earth that I am giving out any further bank details to this SCAM company. So, if anyone wants 4 bottles of these Gummies for half price, please contact me 😄😁

Still awaiting for a tracking number but after reading reports from previous buyers am completely frustrated and annoyed to hear about the scams. I am devastated and cannot believe that has happened especially as Dragons Den were made out to have invested in this Company and endorsed this product. I will be contacting my bank to block them just in case they try and take more money out. Yes unfortunately I put an order in and money already has gone out.

Wish I had these reviews first. Ordered something for £40 and got billed £160. Tried to cancel it immediately but they wouldn't . Said I had to return the goods when they arrived, send them back to the USA and then get a refund!

SCAM SCAM SCAM ordered on bottle which was ment to be on special offer for 40 pound when ordered it said I ordered 4 bottles and come to 160 pound I then contacted them on live chat and they denied it all and will not refund my money back have reported them to the bank as it’s fraud DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Having read and advertised by Dragons Den, and yes, I bought from this company a few months ago thinking it was for 1 bottle of the gummies for £33 but turns out, my bank account was debited £99 and received 3 bottles! Today, out of nowhere, my account is again being debited £99!! Checked my emails, nothing received, not even in the junk folder. Found the old email and tried to contact Eva the CS, no response. Live chat was impossible as it’s not even linked to any sites. The phone number on their email is also a fake!! Steer away as it’s a scam! Those gummies don’t even work! I’ve lost a lot of pounds from my bank account and not even a pound off my weight!!! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Total scammers!!
