Paid for keto complete 29.99 and never received, despite sending 5 emails, NO RESPONSE. Also watch out because they put you on automatic repeat, so they take a further 99.99 a month later, watch your emails because you have 24 hours notice to cancel this repeat. I have still not received and company are based in the US NOT UK as lead to believe. Awful company that do not provide responses and just take your money. DO NOT USE BE VERY CAUTIOUS I do not recommend

Bought 3 bottles of gummies online and paid £99.90. Waited 3 plus weeks for delivery only to receive a letter from Parcelforce requesting payment of £78.37 to cover customs duty, import VAT and clearance fee. Had no idea goods were coming from US so feel somewhat aggrieved and would not recommend dealing with Shine Wellness.

Avoid this company. I received text to complete my order and email to say my order was received. Checked my card and it had a charge for £119.85, which I had definitely not intentionally authorised. I have blocked with my card provider because it was still pending. I don’t know how they managed to get the details require to charge my card, but it was definitely not legitimately.

Do not order from this company it is a total scam. I didn't even complete my order but they took my money anyway. I received a tx asking to complete order. They would not refund me as the order had been approved but after time said they would refund me 50%. I got back onto them the next day and eventually they said yes to a full refund. But I don't think I will get it but my bank is aware and if I don't will get my money back. Stay away.

I did get a full refund which they could have done from the start. You have to get quite firm with them. Do not use, a total headache.

I've been reading the reviews on this Shine Wellness.net and it doesn't make for good reading. I too have been misled by the offer for a reduced price on the product which was £33 for one bottle of fat busting Gummies. Or so I was lead to believe. It wasn't until I got the invoice for ninety-nine pounds that it appears the reduced price was for three bottles of the keto diet Gummies. This definitely wasn't apparent in the advert and especially as it was a time restrained deal. So there wasn't any time to read the terms and conditions that also aren't apparent in the advert. Well, the outcome with lot of too-ing and fro-ing between the online advisor and myself is that within the next five to six working days I may get a full refund. I did also get a scam text asking me to finalise my order and click on a bogus link. So I'm hoping that some of the reviewers on here havn't gone down that path. I will update this review in six days time with whatever the outcome.

The update is that there was no money taken from my account to which I am grateful. However, I do stand by my main account of this company and the misleading advert in all its entirety.

took my money and didnt recieve anything and cant get my money back as they have stopped responding to me. DO NOT buy anything from this scam company.

I ordered some items, turns out they are in Utah and it will take weeks and weeks to get here
The tracking information is fake and because I told them I would contact action fraud and DHL and they immediately sent me a refund the customer service person EVA also DOES NOT EXIST

As soon as I placed the order I got a warning email from my bank about scammers too

Cannot recommend this company. I paid my money on 2nd March and I still haven’t received anything from them. I have contacted them numerous times and keep getting the same reply that my parcel is stuck in customs. Contacted customs they sent me to the carrier- no joy from them. I have repeatedly asked for my money back but no joy. This is a company that have taken my money and given me nothing but stress in return.

Was advertised as FREE SHIPPING, had to pay over £70 Customs fees.
If it had stated that on the advert I would not have bought them.
Also, they were advertising Dragons Den on there, so why was it shipped from America.
Thought I was buying a British product 🤷🏻‍♀️🤔😡

Company provided a Tracking Number
No delivery received
Queried with them
They advised it was held by UK customs
I rang Customs and was advised they do not hold consumer parcels, they are with the delivery company

The tracking number said DHL were the courier.
Rang DHL, advised the tracking number is not theirs. They also checked my address and had no record of a parcel for me.
DHL then sent me an email advising that it was an Evri tracking number
I checked with Evri and they are awaiting parcel

I contacted Shine-Wellness again and sent them copy of DHL email.

They just keep saying it is in Customs, despite my advising them what customs said

They have ignored repeated requests for a full refund

I cannot recommend anybody purchasing from this company following my experience
